I usually have had a good experience, however, the last time I ordered used books online BUGS crawled out of the books and they were BED BUGS. The bed bugs have overrun my room and I have had to have my carpet steamed several times. The bookstore needs to somehow clean their books by either steaming them or sanitizing them in order to prevent something like this from happening to someone else. I now order my books from Amazon and have yet to have a bug problem.

Has the absolute worst employees that know absolutely nothing about their job. Alamo community colleges really needs to take another look at how their bookstores are ran. Every semester there seems to be something wrong with a book I get or the order I place. Seriously your job is not that hard!
