We went looking for car and we got one we love thanks to Brad and Mario. I told them exactly what I was looking for small SUV or crossover. I had a year range, milage limit and price limit in mind, they never tried to push any outside my guidelines. Our deal was done all we had left to do was sign the papers. I had to leave for a minute, before meeting with the finance manager. He had had my husband sign the papers without me. We were both buying the vehicle. Our other vehicle was already in my husbands name. So puttting this in my name would spread out the expense of the tags thru the year. Not both at once. When I returned he had just my husbands name on the paperwork and he giving my husband a hard time about his signature, hes left-handed. He said "I showed and told him, but you know with some people you have to do like kids and stay right there reminding them what to do". And since my return he never introduced himself. When I asked a question, his answer was " I discussed that with Mr Woody. Today we went back to take the extra key and let them know we having trouble finding the title. The finance man....(Dont know his name because apparently because I am woman it doesnt matter.) Was outside when we got there as soon as my husband steps out if the he like good morning Mr Woody how are you? How do you like your new car? Oh, I have another paper you to sign.He said to me nothing. My husband explained to him we were looking for the tag. I spoke up and said I should be able to find it. He said to me Well if you dont, we will have to charge you $50 and you know this is holding up your paperwork. Gee finally acknowledged the woman for once. Then of course it was a good day Mr Woody. I forget he told my husband when he doing the paperwork, that he could be salesman anymore since the internet. People had to much information for a salesman to do well now. Needless to say its a very good thing Brad and Mario were so wonderful. Poor Mario made the test drive loop with us several times and Brad kept pulling vehicles only for us to go with very first one. Because if we had met with the finance guy first you guys would have made a sale that day. I am woman and I do matter.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. We bought a used car from them less than a year ago and have already had to drop thousands of dollars of repairs into it, largely attributed to their negligence in properly inspecting the vehicle. The battery went out I the car within a couple of months. We replaced it, figured normal wear and tear. Then came the tire, which was not wear and tear as we originally thought. Come to find out they sold it to us with ONE tire that was the wrong size. This made the opposite tire wear unevenly and ultimately blow up on the highway while I was driving my children home. We took it in and replaced the tires (after we had to sit on the side of a busy highway for 30 minutes with a 1 year old, a 3 year old and a 5 year old) still letting it slide as a mistake. But then the brakes and rotors went out because, you guessed it, the ill fit tire had completely off set the wear. When we got down to fixing those, the rotors were so warped the mechanic said they could have been changed properly at any point. When we brought it up with Carriage they pretended to care right up until we made it clear we would not be trading it in to buy a new car with them at which point they just started outright lying. The rep said he would contact our mechanic and call us. He never did. Customer service rep who called for follow up said theyd have an owner call. Never happened. The car of course is way upside down, no surprise there. But all they care about is making a sale and they dont mind putting a family with three kids in danger to do it. I genuinely am beginning to believe they deliberately sold us an unsafe vehicle because we would not buy a new car from them when we originally went in. Stay away from this place, theyre not just your typically scammy dealership, theyre legitimately dangerous and not the least bit remorseful about it. Edit to add that whatever they comment to try to discredit me, I have statements from the mechanic, invoices from the work done, proof of the original purchase date and the physical tire that I am more than happy to provide as proof to anyone who wants to see it.

After a traumatic experience the day prior at another dealership, I made the hour trek out to Carriage Nissan after speaking with Anthony Hernandez. Like most people, I loathe the process of negotiating a car purchase but Anthony said there were several options on the lot that fit my parameters. I immediately jumped in the car and was on my way. About 10 minutes before we arrived at the dealership, I received a call from James Westbrooks explaining that Anthony was leaving for the day and he would be taking care of me instead. Jaded by my prior experience, I was sure I was headed for the old bait and switch. Contrarily, I was very pleased with James. He was newer on the sales team and steered me in the direction of the Nissan Versa, as opposed to the Ford Focus I was considering. He was objective and very in tune to features and functions he thought I would find important. The day prior, I was quoted an exorbitant interest rate and walked off the competitors lot. I was pleasantly surprised when James came back with half the APR quoted to me the day prior. Anthony ended up sticking around and helping me through the purchase. Both guys were great and got me in a much better vehicle than I thought I could afford. Most sales guys are predictable and play the whole cat and mouse game, pursuing you out the door after exhausting your patience. Thankfully, these guys have transcended this archaic and predictable sales tactic and deal with you honestly up front. I highly recommend visiting if you are in the market for a vehicle, unless your a masochist, in which case you may want to consider Rick Case Hyundai instead.

DONT BY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!! I live in TN and recently made the 5 hour drive back in December 2015 to look at a 2011 Ford Fusion. I had cash with me that I had saved up for 2 years to buy a vehicle. I had also talked to some very knowledgeable people in the car business locally. They had ran some reports, so I knew exactly what I should pay for the car. Of course, they began their spill about how much they had already marked the car down, but I would not budge. I was determined to get the deal I wanted and had done a ton of research on. So we finally came up with an agreement that included EVERYTHING - tags, title, registration and taxes. I felt so good leaving feeling like it was not a waste of time to take my husband and 2 little girls with me on what turned out to be an all day event. Little did I know they conveniently forgot to include the tags, title, registration and taxes in the final price. So as I go to get my tags, the lady informs me that Carriage paid absolutely nothing on that part of the sale and that I owed almost $1,000 just to get my tags. I figured it was just a mistake and called my Carriage Salesman for help to correct the mistake. Fat chance there. Of course he said we talked about it on purchase day and there was nothing he could do. Really? REALLY?? VERY SHADY PLACE!!! I strongly advise you NOT to go here and if it takes me posting a review every day to save another person the nightmare I just experienced, I will!!
