What a crazy experience, I was down in Georgia on vacation and my car broke down. I knew it was on its way out, but I did not expect it to break down for good on vacation. Fortunately for me that my wife and kid were at the hotel when it did. I called a tow truck driver to pick up my car and asked him to simply just junk it. I had this car for over 20 yrs and it had given me way too many headaches. I asked the driver if he could drop me off at a rental place to rent a car for the rest of my vacation. On the way to the car rental I noticed a vehicle dealership, I asked the driver to leave me off there. I had no intentions of buying a vehicle especially not on vacation. Never the less I went inside and started browsing the vehicles when a new jeep caught my eye. A salesman named Nick walked over and asked me if I was okay. I told him my story because I was still upset, and told him I had no interest in buying a car, and that I was just going to rent one. Let me just say that Nick is a true gentleman, he listened patiently even though he knew I wasnt interested in buying a car. He showed me respect, he was super professional and extremely friendly. He even offered me a cup of coffee in which I kindly accepted. After a half an hour I decided what the heck and took that jeep for a ride with Nick and loved it. Since Nick was such a kind and amazing guy, I ended buying the Jeep after he gave me an offer I couldnt refuse. What can I say other that when you find a place where they treat their clients like gold, you do business with them. I simply love my new Jeep and my wife and kid were elated that we had a nice new ride for our vacation, for our ride home and for creating many upon many new family memories. No more broken down car, Thanks Nick! You saved our vacation.

When I buy anything I read reviews from many sources before I do business with anyone and extensive research on the products I purchase. I hope someone finds this review useful. Often times the reviews are correct and sometimes they are not. I am writing the review for the purpose of public knowledge in regards to Primary Auto Group and our H3 we bought in Dec of 2016. We drove 4 hours to visit Primary Auto Group with a specific H3 in mind to purchase for our daughter’s first car. While they had a great selection of Jeeps I was disappointed by the condition of the inside of most H3s on the lot. We purchased the H3 on Dec 22 of 2016 and I just got it out of the shop today Feb 10 of 2017. Half way home from the dealer, the check engine light came on and I took it to a mechanic the very next day to have it looked it. Apparently there had been many parts thrown at this H3 trying to fix multiple issues, the main issue being the transmission. The shop tried to fix it multiple times but ultimately had to get a brand new transmission from GM at the cost of $3200. The warranty covered less than half of the cost for the replacement. While I know this isn’t necessarily the dealer’s fault, you just never can tell when buying a used car what you are getting yourself into. Happy hunting and good luck to the rest of you trying to buy a solid used vehicle.

Its been a busy month so I didnt have time to leave this review, even though I should have a long time ago. Needless to state I am glad I found the time to do so. First let me say I have never owned a jeep, but have always wanted one. In my mind I never assumed I could buy one, because times were tough. However one day I chose to enter this jeep dealership on my lunch break and window shop, I didnt think I could actually afford one personally. I must admit that all the jeeps really shined in the sunlight, the detailing on them was immaculate. I found a blue one that I fell in love with and just for the sake of it inquired how much it would be. I was shocked to see that it wasnt as expensive as I thought and was affordable to my budget. After I went through the discussions of pricing and payment with the salesman, I discovered I could actually buy it and so I did. Its the little things in life like this that make us feel accomplished, a new Jeep means the world to me and to see this dream come true is a very profound moment for me. The people at Primary Auto Group were top notch, friendly and truly made me feel so welcomed. I cannot wait to go back and buy some aftermarket parts for my new Jeep. Off Road here I come!!! Me Jeep, me and the great outdoors, now that is a dream come true.

When I read reviews it becomes pretty obvious that many times the thousands of happy customers dont take the time to leave a review. It seems so many times its the ones who for whatever reason have an "axe to grind" or just plain want to whine are the vocal ones. Primary Auto Group is a family owned and operated dealership. I feel like it is important to mention this in order to understand their way of doing business. Intent is extremely import when it comes to selling used vehicles. Its obvious that Primarys intent is to sell hand selected vehicles that have been fully inspected. This is not to say that they are always perfect. Unexpected things happen when it comes to mechanical vehicles. That is the reason they include a complimentary powertrain warranty with their vehicles. Now, if their intent wasnt right why would they do this? It has been my experience that Primary is some of the most decent and honest people you could do business, their heart is in the right place and they will do everything humanly possible to make you happy. I personally recommend that you check them out. I suppose theres a reason people from all over the country trust Primary Auto Group. Heck, many of them have the vehicle shipped without every seeing it!

Avoid at all cost! They provide you with an awful 3000 mile or 90 day warranty that doesnt cover pre-existing issues.Spoken with the Owner John via email, he isnt any help. They just lean on their contracts. You sign an AS IS letter. Bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler JKU from them on October 14th 2015, took the jeep after purchase for an inspection. List of about 25 things that were wrong with it, no oil in the differentials, all four seals leaked after we filled them up. Bad U-joints, bad wheel hubs. Called Nick who is the sales rep and he asked me to bring the jeep in to get it fixed. They replaced the steering stabilizer with an aftermarket one to correct the wobble the jeep was having telling me that they fixed the issues. Found out due to all the rain weve been having that the windshield is leaking, rotted seal. I got up this morning to leave for work and the jeep wouldnt start. Its now sitting at a shop awaiting yet further diagnosis. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this place. People and places like this shouldnt be allowed to do business. Crooks
