DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKED, CHEATING, LYING, BUSINESS PEOPLE. They take your money and do not provide you with what youve paid for. My husband and I reserved a moving truck through Conely and arrived when they were scheduled to open, only to find we had to wait for the manager to arrive and open the store. Once she was settled (and she took her time) she informed us that our rental truck was not at their location and WE had the option of driving to their affiliated locations to see if they had truck available for us. We noticed there was a truck matching our rental agreement sitting right out front and we asked why we were not being issued the vehicle when we clearly were the first people there to claim it and pick it up and she told us "that particular truck has already been reserved" so I asked to speak with her boss, who happened to be the owner. When she called to tell him the situation we overheard her say that the truck "was reserved for a higher paying customer" Ive never been handed such disrespect and childish behavior. I will forevermore be boycotting their crooked tendencies, their immature staff, and shotty work ethic

I got a vehicle from Conely in December, about a week after I got it it started pouring smoke and it stunk really bad. So we immediatly called them back, and they fixed it free of charge since we just got the vehicle. The beginning of February I had to take it back in because it was making a horrible squeaking noise. They told me my break pads were totally shot and all needed replaced, so we paid the $300 and got the breaks replaced.... A week later, the noise was still there...... Waited a bit to see if it was just because the breaks were so new, and its now the beginning of March and its gotten a lot worse. So we call to tell them that they need to fix the ACTUAL problem and do it for free since we told them to fix the noise, not give me a new break job. They were incredibly rude and told us that we should have brought it in already. Basically called us stupid and told us there was no chance that we would have to pay for everything they were to do to it. EVEN the diagnostic!!! They are incredibly rude and unprofessional! I would NOT recommend their service or vehicles to anyone for anything!

I can agree with past reviews that the dealers time is more important than yours. I am 18 years old, and to be honest, look younger than that. As soon as I talked to the lady at the service desk I could tell she was judging me for my age, like I was in the wrong place. I asked them about trading in my vehicle, she said John was in Detroit and would be very busy for the rest of the day. That was understandable, so I left them my name and phone number along with some info on my car. She said John would give me a call later that day or early the next. Here I am two weeks later, still no phone call. Three days after going to the dealership in person I tried contacting them through their website hoping for a better response. Well, again, I have not been contacted by them. They are either profiling me for my age and considering me a waste of time, or they really dont like to sell cars, they just like having them sit in a parking lot and take up space. Thank you for wasting my time, my only regret is I didnt waste any of yours.

Our daughter needed a car, we live 1 1/2 hours away from Brighton. It was a Friday night, we had about 2 hours to find something after we all got out of work and got down to Brighton. I did some online research for Brighton car dealerships and found a 2014 Chevy Cruze, with only 23K miles for $10,200.00 at Conelys. Sounded too good to be true and it was a mom and pop dealership. I called to see if they still had it, the friendly employee offered to pull it up front for us since we were coming in that night. The car wasnt too good to be true, we didnt even look anywhere else and bought the Cruze. We were treated like family by everyone who worked there-I would certainly recommend this business!

I am now driving my second car purchased from Conelys, and I couldnt be happier. My first car was great for years until a tree fell on it while parked, but when my insurance paid me for the vehicle, I actually got more than I paid for it! So with my check I marched right back in and bought another vehicle, an 04 Taurus, and Im currently commuting 100 miles a day in it, and its running like a champ. The Oil Change and Car Wash is very convenient and affordable as well, and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car. Great establishment, you wont regret doing business with them.

The people that work at Conely's are great people. All there employees are very nice and they always make you feel welcome. I have had my car worked on many times there, and I would never take my car anywhere else. They do wonderful work and have always had my car done in a timely fashion. They have great prices and they always make sure you are getting the best possible deal. This is a great place to go buy a car, rent a car, and have your car worked on.

Saved my vacation rental of full size van. Enterprise tried to work me over on reservation for a van for my trip. Making getting it virtually impossible . John and his very kind staff got me on the road at the very last minute. They worked hard and fast to save my trip to Florida. Resort and park tickets were prepaid. A lot invested could have been thrown out the window. I will work with John and his business in the near future. Thank you very much.

Avoid this car lot at all cost. His cars are way overpriced I took out two different vehicles on a test drive one was smoking and was 2qts low on oil, in which John responded " what, were gonna change it before you drive it off the lot". The other car had a terrible shaking steering wheel at 30 mph at this point i decided to shop elsewhere. Bad customer service by the woman at the desk too, she was saying i must not be able to afford to shop there.

I have rented both cars and trucks from Conely for out of town trips, to save miles on my own. All equipment was clean fresh and reliable. The prices seemed competitive, but I didn;t really shp around much for price. I did get one car that had someone had smoked in and some odor was still there. I needed to get going, so I took car anyhow and they washed MY car as a gesture to make up for odor in rental...pretty decent I thought.

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had at any one business. Con man Conely should be Johns nickname. As a previous review states, John clearly makes sure you know his time is way more important yours. His prices are ridiculous, for a decent car this guy was asking 4 thousand more than bluebook. I would not suggest this place to an enemy. If you looked up sleazy car salesman, John would be the picture
