My Aunt got a truck from this place last November. Truck ran approximately 30 days. First off we went to look at the truck around November 1st. They said they needed to put a transmission in the truck. Took them 3 weeks to call and say the truck was done. I told my Aunt after 1 week that she should not get the truck because I know it takes no more than a few hours to put a transmission in so I thought it was more wrong with the truck. Wish she had listened to me instead of them. But anyway after 3 weeks a day before Thanksgiving they call and say the truck is ready. Against my word she went to pick this crap up. Took the truck back almost every week because the truck would fail to accelerate most of the time. The last time I took the truck to these ppl they finally came up with the convertors were bad and promised to fix it. Well during the wait the truck died. Engine failure. A 5 thousand dollar job which the warranty company only would pay 3000 of it. Now after finally getting the engine done, the mechanic found that the convertors are good and there is a problem with the so called new transmission that brighton motors claim they put in which was more than likely the root of the cause for engine failure. We picked this truck up 1 day before Thanksgiving and by the new year the truck was down and has been down ever since. It is a 2007 lincoln mark lt. My auntie has never missed paying insurance or the car note on a truck she drove for a little over 30 days that had a problem from day 1. During that time every single week we took this truck back to these ppl to correct the problem that they never did... A total rip off. And now after a motor and a few grand this truck still does not run correctly and the mechanic I had do the motor work says its the transmission because like the beginning the truck fails to accelerate when u step on the gas. Now approaching November again I have had it and I cannot let my aunt suffer any longer. After this Labor day holiday these ppl will be getting this truck back once again and either they fix it correctly or reimburse my Aunt or they will have to see her in court because this is rediculous. Who wants to be paying for something that serves them no purpose. Ask me and I tell u this place should be shut down. I hope you are reading this. I know you remember that white lincoln mark lt u sold last November, well it hasnt ran all 2016. I am truly looking forward to seeing you all bright and early Tuesday morning with this hunk of junk you sold my Aunt on a tow truck!!! I wouldnt give this place not one star at all. This experience with them has been a total nightmare!

We bought a 2006 Jeep Commander in February. That "double your money down" thing is a bald-faced lie; when my engineer husband said something, they immediately tried to "show" us how it wasnt dishonest with some poor, yet creative, math. We had few choices based on the size of our family and our needs, so we bought it anyway. We had some immediate issues with leaky tires; a quick trip to Discount Tire told us that the tires were too large for the Jeep, which means that it has THOUSANDS more miles on it than they had advertised! Less than a week after we left, it started grinding and the ABS lights came on. I took it in for warranty repair and to have the stereo properly installed as negotiated in the sale. I was left waiting for SIX HOURS so they could complete a 90 minute repair; despite being told loaners were their policy for warranty repairs when we purchased our car, they refused me a loaner car that day. When I got it back, the lights were off, but my stereo panel was horribly gouged and none of the lights on the console panel worked properly anymore. They then refused to fix the damage from their incompetence. Since it was still making that loud grinding noise, I took my Jeep to my local Jeep dealership the next day only to be told that Consumers had manually cleared out all of the diagnostic codes and they had no idea what was wrong with it. Less than a week later, the ABS system light came back on. When I emailed Valerie asking for receipts for the part they supposedly replaced, I was ignored. Two days ago, the engine seized; our Jeep had thrown a rocker. Ive only had this thing for 5 months and still owe thousands on it. There is no way in hell they didnt know something was wrong with the engine when I took it in that day, because that grinding noise was the engine all along and not the wheel hub as theyd claimed. They tried to hide the damage with a band-aid, and got away with it. Stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. I should have known better when I saw the legal notice in their lobby stating that theyd been sanctioned by the state for poor business practices. I did like the dog though!

Customer service... NOT!!! I called and talked with "Fast Talking Mike" and asked about a 2006 Jeep with 69k miles on it for my daughter. I asked if the car was still in the lot and he said yes. I told him that I would be there at 5:00 to test drive it. I got there at 5:00 and Mike was on the phone (the only salesman) and said it would be a minute. Ten minutes later I was still standing in the lobby listening to him in a heated conversation on the phone. Then, some woman walked in and asked if she could help me in a voice with a "tone" that she really didnt want to help. I said that I was waiting to speak with Mike. She said that "he is busy" and again asked if she could help me with an even more unpleasant "tone". I told her that I was there to look at the 2006 Jeep to which she replied "that was sold already". I said, I just talked with Mike... and she cut me off and said "ITS SOLD" and "I dont know what he told to you" in a VERY nasty "tone" again. She then said we have that black Jeep Commander. I said, how many miles are on it? She replied, 150K. I asked, why did Mike... and she cut me off AGAIN and said "LOOK - I cant undo what he told you, now..." And then I cut her off and walked out saying that "I will take my business elsewhere. I dont know who or what this woman does there and frankly, I could not care less. She was nasty, unprofessional and basically a WITCH. From what Im gathering from other reviews, the car already being sold is a common occurrence here. They just want to get you in the door. Frankly, I wonder if the Jeep ever existed. I would NOT buy a car them if they were brand new and for $1. I wish that I could give them negative star rating. GO DOWN THE STREET TO CONLEYS!!!! 11/25/2016 Funny, over a week has passed since my experience. Just checked their website and the Jeep is still showing up in their stock. SCAMMERS!!! 12/2/2016 - The Jeep is still on their website - SCAMMERS!!! 12/13/2016 - The Jeep is still on their website - SCAMMERS!!! GO DOWN THE STREET TO CONLEYS!!!!
