This small company put a buick regal out on the side of the road (this was the first day it was put out) that I was interested in. At around 5pm on a friday, I call them to try and set up a meeting so that I can test drive the car that seems like such a great deal. The male salesman comes out to me, being very rude, and would only let me watch him start the car up. It started fine so it peaked my interest, I really thought I was going to end up wth this car. However he refused to let me test drive it that day, saying the earliest I can is on Tuesday (monday was labor day). I asked when he opened so I could get there right then to drive it. After having a few cars fall through I decided to put a deposit down, even before I got to test drive it, as much as I didnt want to, because I really didnt want to help this mean mans business. The days pass, and they re-open and 9, im get there before they open, go in the doors right at 9 and ask about the car I had a deposit down on, and he said he sold it... I was very furious, but after all im glad I didnt have to end up doing business with that man. I highly recommended not going to this dealer, even if you think they have something you want. They are not honest people, and buyers should definitely beware. (for whom it concerns, I am a 30 y/o male)

I went to On Line Auto to check out a vehicle I found online. I got there, looked the car over and of course ask a few questions about the vehicle. The driver side front floor and back floor was soaked with water. I ask Josh the salesman why the floors were soaked and he said his father left the windows down. I then purchased the vehicle. Took the vehicle home cleaned all the water out. A few days later it rained and my vehicle was again full of water. I took the car to be checked out and they told me that they have to take out my dashboard and seats to find out how the water is getting in the vehicle. Its going to coat me a lot of money. Also once I took the car through the car wash a few times I started to see lots of rust on it. I checked it out to see why and come to find out the rust was covered with paint that washed off after a few washes. Not to mention the work I have already put into the vehicle. I had to change the racket pinion and fixed the several rust spots on the car. Carrie Dershem the lady who did all my paper work kept assuring me they were a honest small family business, so I trusted them. Truth is I have had to put way to much money into this car. So be careful and make sure your really getting what they tell you. I feel like I was SCAMED by a so called family business.

The staff and ownership at On Line Auto treated us very well. We found a vehicle they were advertising online, and called them that we were interested. I was in AZ on business at the time, and we made arrangements to see the vehicle on the day after Christmas as I was only home for a few days. I also sent them information on my potential trade-in so that we could hopefully complete the transaction in one visit. When we arrived, the vehicle we wanted to purchase was exactly as advertised. With some minor details, we were able to quickly come to an agreement on the purchase price versus my trade-in, no issues whatsoever. I will make it a point in the future to always consider purchasing another vehicle from On Line Auto.

Bought used Sprinter parts from this company through craigslist ads in NC. The company stated they had a return policy if the parts were defective, which they were. Very easy to contact this company to purchase parts but when I tried to contact them about returning a defective part, I was put on hold and the phone was never picked back up, I also left multiple messages with both the owners of this company to get no return responses during the period when I my parts were supposed to be under the warranty. Maybe this company is a car lot and they sell the bad old parts removed from their sale vehicles, as good parts through online ads out of state, my loss was over five hundred dollars. Buyers beware.

The car i purchased isnt at all what rhey said it was in the ad. I went and told them i need something dependable for my wife to commute back and forth to work. After a week it had transmission problems, and no front brakes.I took it back at first i was told to have it looked at and good luck. But i went up there and he agreed to spit the cost. Wasnt happy bit something is better than nothing. Were still having a host of problems with it. I think these people are out to make fast buck and take advantage of those who cant afford a new car. Will never go there again. I will catch the bus rather than own one of thier vehicles.

I own an Appliance repair company, and purchase cargo vans for my business. I have purchased 5 Vans and 1 truck from Online auto. All the vehicles have performed great. Bob the owner is very honest, and hides nothing from you as the customer. He has always shown me the Car Fax report, and dealt with me fairly. If your looking for a quality used vehicle at a good price, On Line Auto is the place to buy!

Very unprofessional; Bob is not a person of his word. After we paid in full for the car, they did not send us the plates, and still have not received them. Meanwhile, the temporary plate has expired. Upon calling to ask where the plates were, we were given the run around and hung up on twice. We would not recommend to anyone.
