My experience here was a very good one. When I first visited VELEZ Auto Group they didnt have what I was looking for. The lady (Laura) ask me what kind of car did I want. I gave Laura a detailed list, year, make, model and specs. Well, 2 weeks later I got a call and went to check it out the next day (Saturday) to see if I wanted it or not. Monday the car was mine. And it took less than 2hrs. Im glad that my mechanic Jimmy referred me to Velez. I got a 2011 BMW with absolutely nothing wrong with it. I got a great deal. They even let me take it to my mechanic and paid for my oil change. So, if youre interested in getting a high end car or a nice car period.... This is definitely the best place to come, trust me you wont be disappointed the staff here was very friendly and on point.

Bought a vehicle,everything went fine and smooth. Two hours after the purchase I noticed the radiator was cracked. I called Laura back but she couldnt get in touch with her boss. He was out of town, but to negotiate the purchase he would answer quick. So I called Monday morning and the only thing they would be willing to do is send me to their mechanic and he would give me the dealers discount. It is cheaper to buy the part and put it on myself. I would not recommend this dealer to my worse enemy. Im very unhappy. Also check the miles its less than what appears on carfax, but they will come up with a bunch of repo bull to cover their ass.
