A Private User

In eight years of living in this neighborhood I have shopped in this store.... twice. Does that say anything? Sure does. Both times I had very very rude cashiers. The first time the gentleman berated me for not having my Ralphs card ready to go at the checkout. Today I went thru Julies line and received a nasty comment from her regarding getting cash back. No customer should be made to feel as if they are small and insignificant..but she did that to me. The cashiers are the FACE of the company... it is what we remember when we leave. I left with a bad memory and I wont be back. Maybe your staff need to take lessons from the cashiers at Win Co.. they are ALWAYS polite and professional. That makes it worth the 20 min trip there to Fontana.

I dont live in San Bernardino but my grandchildren do and so I wasnt familiar with what kind of service Ralphs offers. I called to order my grandsons birthday cake and cupcakes for his WWE party the day prior to the party not knowing if Ralphs bakery would be able to accommodate us. They exceeded our expectations with an amazing looking cake, they were reasonable priced and both cake and cupcakes were moist and delicious. Thanks for your great customer service!

their 1 year ago management personal..was very existed to wrk...very friendly..communicate with customers...n greet as they pass by...new female management..very rude ..they dont even smile or have the mood to wrk...one day A manager refused to attent me at the western union counter..claiming does not wrk...when said I was here ..And was told to come bk due to availabiliry of cash..then she came...,thats not good..??!!!

The nicest people at this grocery store where the two people who worked at the Deli. They were very helpful and they did their job over and above. The two older white people for very rude, they had attitudes and they were not helpful because of them I will rate this store a low star and the only reason why youre getting a 2-star is because of the two people that helped me out

Best grocery store in San Bernardino. One of the communities true assets. The employees are so friendly and cheerful, and I never hear them talking about their private lives like is always the case at a store chain with the initials S.B. At Ralphs they are hardworking professionals focused on the customer!

Super over priced area makes me feel unsafe every time i go there strange homeless or the time i was leaving the store i saw a man with his windows down parked right out front masturbating! Where is the freaking security gaurds where are the lights in your parking lot because its creepy and dark

This is a good store. Ralphs in general is a little pricey but the fast checkout makes up for that. Not like stators where you can potentially wait in line for 10 - 15 minutes. Anyway, the staff is always more than friendly and professional. I have had no problems thus far.

I shop here all the time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they actually know their products. Checkout times are fast! Today, I purchased a product I didnt like and the return process was super easy and no hassle at all. Im a satisfied customer.

Sometimes packaged food (cheese, lunch meat, lunchables) is molded, so disgusting, I would suggest examining your food before purchasing. Also a lot of the cashiers at sooo rude I would especially recommend staying clear of Mary.
