This was the WORST experiece ever! I would never refer anyone to this pharmancy! KAREN the head pharmacist, violated my Hippa rights when she loudly started discussing my records for everyone in line to hear. It was the most embarrassing experience ever in a pharmacy. If I had the time, I would definitely lawyer up and make sure that she could never practice again! I have filed a complaint with corporate, and they said that they will reconsider their relationship with her. I truly hope that she loses her job over this incident, and learns a valuable lesson on ethics in the workplace. Corporate has assured me that management will be in contact with me in 3 business days. I look forward to a swift resolution. I will keep everyone here updated with the corrective actions that Costco provides.

New customer/client (Mar17); the team have been responsive, proactive, and helpful. Not only this, the prices are a life saver for medications I have to pay out of pocket without insurance assistance. For us, it is a 40 mile one way trip; but with occasional medical visits to St. Joes, its cost effective. (I will note, as of the time of this post, Publix Markets is offering some medications at no charge - consider their alternative if you have financial need and or do regular business with them for incidental groceries. )

The tech I spoke to was so rude. I asked if I could have a price for a drug that was not listed on their website. I know for a fact this takes next to no time to find out. The tech put me on hold, the phone went off hold, they put me on hold, it went off hold, they put me on hold, then they hung up on me. For comparison, I called another Costco and got the price in seconds.

Pharmacy is extremely unhelpful and unknowlegable on their policies. Treated me very badly on 2 occasions. I will never be purchasing a membership here due to how I have been treated.

My friend got some really cheap drugs from this joint. The would have been 500 at walmart, they were 60 at Costco. Coincidence, I think not.
