Finally found an amazing dealership and staff! Found the Jeep Ive been looking for at Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Mt. Dora online! Went there that evening, was welcomed on the phone by Mark, then introduced to Nicole Clement! A 21 year old with a heart of gold! Meeting her for the first time I knew she was GOING to sell me this Jeep!!! She wasnt pushy or pressuring me at all either!!! We went for a test drive, her personality was awesome! The Jeep being a manual transmission, which I havent driven in years, I apologized immediately for any "stalls" I may have! She didnt say anything but "dont worry about it, your just fine!" I drove the Jeep, (and no, I didnt stall) it was like Id been driving one for years! Smooth ride! Also, while there, I was greeted by Terry, the GM...with a smile and a friendly conversation too! That has NEVER happened at any other dealerships Ive ever been to. That was a first! Ive owned over 15 cars in my lifetime and this by far was the most pleasant, friendly & comfortable environment Ive ever EVER experienced! THANK YOU Nicole, Terry and staff for such a wonder purchase. Nicole, you will receive sooo many referrals from me! And Terry, you making that little conversation with me meant more than youll ever know! Thank you everyone!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Its very rare to find any car dealership with such a great staff as you have created! Thanks again! (Nicole...youre the best) Also...just read a negative review about Nicole...that was the LONGEST run on sentence Ive ever seen in my life! Just the grammar alone says to me, you defiantly have no say in Nicoles knowledge and or experience in this business! Go back and at least get your GED! I had not one single problem with Nicole. She was spot on with every single question I had! Also, maybe your father shouldnt be driving at 70 and cant see? Watch the news...enough said!

I purchased a used Honda from this dealership four months ago. I waited to review because I wanted to truly see how my car fared for a time frame. The car itself was a great deal. While the story that it was lightly used by an elderly couple made for a great story, this was a clear farce that thankfully we didnt believe. The bumper was painted a different color than the rest of the car, and the hatch has to be slammed in order to register as "closed" due to a damaged sensor. In addition, one of the tires was severely damaged and needed immediate replacement. But still, I would be the first to admit that overall the car itself was a value. The reason I rate this dealership so poorly is due to the experience. My last car was purchased from CarMax in Sanford Florida and was a wonderful experience. I had the car for over 6 years, and the actual purchase was simple and straightforward. The staff was friendly and not overbearing, and all agreements/documentation was clear and concise. Ive often heard stories of underhanded dealings and never believed I would be a witness to this. Much like another reviewer, the quote over the phone was several hundred short of what was offered when we drove the hour to view the car. In addition, it was explained this price included a service plan. Well upon review of the documents to sign that was not the case, and that the price offered to sign was quite a bit higher than agreed to. In bringing this to the managers attention we were instead met with condescending responses. Had I not truly wanted and needed the vehicle, I would have dropped my purchase then and there. I was genuinely stunned by the treatment received. While everyones experience may differ and while again my vehicle was a great deal, please review each document thoroughly before singing because verbal agreements do not transfer to paper.

STAY AWAY! Went to trade my car in for a brand new, bigger SUV. I got the car I wanted with the payment I wanted. I was happy. Issue #1. Drove the car for one day and had a hard pull in the steering. Took it back and they "fixed" it. Still having the same issue. I bought the car with 13 miles on it. I will be taking the car to a different dodge dealership with better customer service. Issue #2. I have had my new car for 29 days as of right now and the dealership has yet to pay off my trade in. I get calls daily from my previous loan company threatening collections because Advantage has yet to mail the check. I called 3 weeks ago and they stated it was overnighted. I thought great, no big deal. Called 2 weeks ago after multiple more calls asking for payment on my old car. They stated again the check was overnighted. I confirmed with Earl and Iris. They lied again. I called today after the last threatening call I get telling me tomorrow I will go to collections and they stated the check was mailed on the 15th but it was not over nighted. They informed me I would need to call back on Monday and speak with Kathy. Monday is to late. They received the money from the bank and has yet to pay off my old car. Everyone is giving me the run around, blaming someone else for the check not getting to my loan company in a timely manner. I advise you go to a well known established dealership. Horrible service after they get your money.
