First let me start by saying the car salesmen Carmillo was great. Very friendly and fought for my price point on a van that I test drove. It needed to have some controls fixed for the windows, the Main Control Car Key made, and fluids refilled. I left a deposit the next day with the cashier and she gave me a receipt. Through the week Carmillo contacted me to let me know that the fixes were taken care of which I was grateful for. I came back the next week to finish paying the car off in cash and to pick the van up. After paying the van off in full in cash is where the problem I had started. Apparently Carmillo was fired and the van we test drove is not the van that they said I paid for. The van the receipt matched was black and had grey interior, when the one I test drove and put a deposit for was black with wood and tan interior. The one they said i bought was crashed in the back and I definitely did not pay for that. I told them that thats "not van I left the deposit for and that the van I test drove was still out front for sale" and that "I only test drove one van and thats not it" Well Carmillo made a mistake and that van was $4,000. above the agreed price they told. Also, the Stock number on my receipt matched the crashed Van with the grey interior. I felt that someone messed up and they were going to stick to me. But I was a Surety bondsmen for dealerships and im aware of the motor vehicle dealer bond that protects me. "I WILL FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THEIR BOND". (In order to sell cars in the state of Florida used car dealerships must have a $25,000 motor vehicle dealer bond in place with the state so if a customer gets scammed they can recover money.) After that, they agreed to give me the original van that I test drove at the original price point we agreed upon. No key, no fluids, but the controls were fixed. Thats funny because, they fixed the problem that my wife pointed out about the windows. They gave me the van and were trying to have me leave without the key. This is the main key to open automatic doors and set alarm. All they had for this van is the valet key. I felt that I had to be pushy to have the key made and when it should have been offered. They made an appointment for the next day at the dealership to fix the Key. On the way there Carmillo called me to see if I had purchased the van. I explained to him my delima and that I was then on the way to fix the key now. He told me that he was fired for not selling as many cars as needed and that he had no control over Stock numbers and any of the financial aspects. When I showed up to World Car Center I had children with me alone. Three infants in one stroller and it was having trouble to getting through the door. They saw me struggling and didnt budge from their conversation with each other to hold the door and then not to get even a hello. I just bought a car from you and they act like this! Like I had did something wrong for wanting a key made for my vehicle. I felt like I was hated for not taking up the rear. I paid cash for my vehicle and had problems. I would think twice about any type of financing with them. BUYER BEWARE!!! I have to pick a star to post this, but its only for Carmillo , not World Car Center & Financing.

This place is HORRIBLE! NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! My husband and I bought a 2004 Mercedes Benz from them last March (2013). When we test drove the car we noticed that it seem to have a rough idle. The salesman said that he would make sure EVERYTHING was fixed and that the car would be running perfectly before we purchased it. After making a list of the things that needed to be fixed, we left. We went back to the car lot several days later for another test drive and just as the salesman said the car ran great.....Their mechanic said he had replaced the spark plug wires, plugs and replaced a coil. We signed all the paperwork and with that paperwork we received a "bumper to bumper" warranty stating that World Car Center will repair the car at 70% our cost, for parts and labor for TWO YEARS. Fast forward to just this past week, we are driving the car and it starts “misfiring". We take up to the car lot and we are told they will not be able to look at the car until later this week; they say we must make an appointment to even have them look at the car. We make an appointment for the following Monday @9am. Needless to say, the car starts to run worse. We decide to take it to another mechanic who looks at immediately and tells us the wires need replacing. Monday morning, we drop the car off for our 9am appt. We tell the mechanic that we were told that the wires need replacing. Since he replaced the wires just about a year ago, the wires should still be under warranty. We are told "we will call you with a price". Monday goes by, no call; Tuesday goes by, NO CALL. Finally, Wednesday, I show up after countless un-returned phone calls that I made to them. The mechanic hands my key to the sales assistant and speaks to her in Spanish; he refuses to even acknowledge me. She translates to me that he says that I must take the car to Mercedes Benz dealership and have them “scan” the car because he doesn’t have the diagnostic tools to do so. I told why should have to take my car to the dealership to have them scan the car when all it needs is the spark plug wires replaced? The mechanic then gets irate with me and tells the sales assistant “I am not working on it; tell her to go to Mercedes”, he proceeds to stomp off. I leave the dealership and take it back to the mechanic who told us that the car needed the wires replacing. He even shows me two burnt out wires. When I inquire as to how wires can go bad in just little over a year’s time, the mechanic responds “ To be honest with you ma’am, I don’t think he ever changed out these wires, these wires are pretty old”. Are you kidding me? Well there is the reason why the car lot didn’t want to replace them; they never replaced them in the beginning. They definitely scammed us. Anyways, we pay the new mechanic to change out the plugs and plug wires and guess what THE CAR RUNS GREAT! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
