LEMONS LEMONS LEMONS!!!! This place should be ashamed of themselves!! I bought a 2004 Hyundai Sante fe in march of 2012. The check engine light came on within 3 days. I took it up there and was told this had to be new and it had been sitting awhile so it just may need to be driven (after telling me the day I bought it, that it was used all the time). I knew better because I had taken it to auto zone and they said "there was a misfire in the engine". Now they cleared the computer and that disappeared. I had it E checked and it passed. within 6 weeks of this the radiator BLEW UP!! Then 3 months later it just quit. The engine was blown. after that was replaced then it quit and the engine light was back on, they said it was the crank sensor. It was then fixed. Now about 4 months later. the shady shop they work with tell me the timing belt was off, and it would cost 275 would he have permission to fix it? I said yes. I get there to pick it up and the total bill was 483 dollars. Timing belt, serpentine belt, poly v belt and A CRANK SENSOR THAT WAS JUST REPLACED BY THEM!!!! 4 days later the car is junked because it threw a Rod!! STAY AWAY FROM ACTION MOTORS IN PAINESVILLE OHIO!!!

LEMONS,LEMONS,LEMONS, These people are BAD. Do Not buy anything from them,not even a pop. I bought a truck from them and two days later it broke down and has been breaking down ever since. Ive been paying a 400.00 monthly car payment on a truck that has ran at most 9 months total out of two years. Shame on Action Motors for knowingly selling LEMONS and making a killing doing it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, WARNING IF YOU DO IT WILL BE A LEMON.

Got a descent price for my trade in and a good price with a payment I could live with and got the extended warranty too. Had a small issue and it was resolved with no cost to me and they fixed it while I waited. I will do business with them again.
