Every time I go in there to make a payment, there is someone yelling at an owner about their car not running, usually bad transmission. As a matter of fact,I am one of them. I test drove my car & it studdered a bit but ran better after a minute on the road. I bought it & wouldnt you know, the transmission went out, guess who had to pay? I DID! Their warranty is crap! My engine kept cutting out too but that ended up being a less serious problem. When I complained about the bad deal, they blamed me for not fully inspecting the car, wow, my fault, I never looked at it that way, thanks! Some of the things the owner confessed to me when we were arguing were so shocking that it became a habit to record the conversations to share with my friends. They also charged me for a repair that they never did, I guess they thought I wouldnt check! At least they credited me for that. Ask questions BEFORE you sign, thats my suggestion. They get you to make a deposit, THEN they tell you about how everyone has to pay the same high interest rate, somewhere around 22%, they never even ran my credit! They simply rip everyone off! I was too trusting, I figured they couldnt be in business if they did this kind of crap, but I was wrong. I will repost this complaint again with links to the scans of the paperwork I have from them, also a link to a webpage that has their recorded conversations, shocking stuff!

This is the second car we bought from Ray Poyar. The first one we drove for eight years . Then he bought it from us and we bought a new one from him. The second car is a dream! We could not be happier. The staff is top notch. This company goes over and above to satisfy their customers needs . They have heart and integrity. I bought a 2001 Chevy Blazer and after 6 months of driving including a road trip from Willoughby to Atlanta and back the SUV is flawless. I am totally happy. Bought it with 121000 miles and I will keep it till it stops running. One of the best vehicles Ive ever bought.
