Ok, I am going to start of by saying that I am not a review writer by any means, so please bear with me if I start going in a bunch of different directions. I have to give you a little back log for this to make sense...... So myself, I am in my early 30s, and a bachelor. There are 2 thing I am obsessed with; swiss made watches and European cars. (pretty common right guys) I buy a new car on average every year and a half, so I am MORE than experienced in in the process, customer service, negotiating the deal, continued service, doing the research on the car etc..... The problem I have always had is that, somewhere down the line, the dealer does not disclose certain info, or they lie, or they tell you the car was never in an accident when it was and so on, so I never had a dealership where I could be a repeat customer at. That all changed. About a month ago, I found a car online that Porsche had out in Beachwood. I set up an apt to go see it and was assigned to a salesman named Stephen Dumperth. He was different from the very start of the process. He was very kind and likable. he helped me with everything from start to finish, and was very in the know with the car, and the history of the car. Long story short, I bought the car.... Heres why I am writing this review. Steve is a stand up guy, and he wasnt there to make a quick sale. He understands sales like I do, and he knows the benefit of establishing relationships, because from this point forward, I will only buy from him, weather he stays at Porsche or not. He has helped me out with several things after the transaction was complete, like going out of his way to get me the title, having service wash my car, etc..... Now about the dealership. Their service department is outstanding, they work promptly and are very professionally. I took my car in today to them install new wheels on it, and every one there is on top of their game, no nonsense, no run around, just a bunch of guys and gals that love cars. Steve even came back to the service department just to say "whats up" and make sure everything is good with the car. That combination is killer. They are NOT some fly by night chop shop selling high end cars for (half they price) because they were totaled in an accident out of state. They are all about quality. These are true professionals that are very detail oriented that are there to help you get what what you want in the budget you are working with. Well, guys, Ill see ya next year when Im ready for my next one, Hopefully you are still at Porsche Steve, because thats one hell of an operation! A VERY satisfied customer, -Ryan Layman.

Being a out of state buyer and my first time doing this, sight unseen, I was very nervous. However my salesman Michael Kane has been awesome so far. He sent me 32 detailed photographs, the history of the car and has pointed out every little imperfection on the car, however small. I feel a lot better now :-) The car is still not in my garage yet, but it is close! I will continue to update this review after the car is delivered. Car delivered with no issues. One odd thing was that the truck driver asked me if he could drive my car from a Honda dealership that was about 10 miles away as my car was first one off the truck. It was nervous one hour, but he came driving my car and I had take him back. He also pointed out a couple of spots that he had marked when he had picked up the car. I had never seen those spots in the photos before, but they are on the bottom side of the front skirt. All in all the car is safe in the garage now. Car is awesome, no questions. However, a few things bothered me and I would have caught that if I was in person at the dealership. The back tires have very little thread left. One tire even has a plug when a flat was fixed. I was concerned that it may not even pass the Texas inspection with the amount of thread wear, but it did, barely I think. The second thing that really bothered me was that the seats have no power to go front and back! My 2005 BMW had this! I would also really caught this if I was in person, buying this car. Also very surprising was that the steering is does not power telescope or go up and down. You have to use a manual lever to do all that. Lastly one other minor thing that I was not expecting is that the side mirrors have no power actuation. Oh well, still very happy with car. It drives and performs amazingly well. I only wish I was there in person to check it out or should have prepared a list of questions to ask and programmatically checked off each one.

Ive never written a review but feel compelled to do so now. I came into Porsche of Beachwood, angry, off the street, after having a bad experience with BMW. I was "red-hot" to say the least. I saw on my way in an amazing Lava Orange 718. I asked for help from the receptionist who put me in touch with a sales representative named Brennan Fox. I read people well. Its what I do for a living. I felt like this salesman was not out to gouge me or take advantage of me in the slightest. By way of introduction I should say that Ive owned two Mercedes and two BMWs. I as happy with all my cars. I was unsatisfied with my last BMW dealership experience. Brennan connected with me for three reasons: 1.) He wasnt the slightest bit pushy. Ironically, I was soft, and he couldve taken advantage of me. He was restrained, gentlemanly and courteous. He was exactly what you would expect from a car dealer selling the equivalent of a couture Saville Row-type suit. He was almost too polite and restrained! 2.) Unlike any other car salesman I have ever met, or salesman generally, , he knew everything about his stock. Too many times Ive dealt with salesman of all types of products who know less about what they are selling than I do. This was not the case. And Ive raced cars. When I got interested in the product I called a race track buddy who came over. I thought my friend knew everything. Brennan took him to school. Period. Like, game over. 3.) Brennan made the process super-conductive and literally fun. That is no easy feat when your shelling out serious bucks--on a whim. Finally, I should say that I came into contact with many of the Staff: Stephen, Greg, Andrew. The receptionists. All consummate professionals. I run an office. This is how an office should be run. In sum, I cannot imagine going anywhere else for help with a car again, ever. Great job crew. Have fun. Drive safely!

Let me start by saying "WOW". It was one of the best car buying experiences to date. Let me say this - One of my closest friends is a Sales Manager for a Porsche dealership in NJ and he doesnt even work as hard as Tiffany worked with me at Beachwood Porsche. As you may have also experienced, most of the time, dealerships dont even like to entertain speaking about details via emails and or phone calls, let alone when you tell them, that you have a friend who is a Sales Manager at Porsche. Tiffany was exceptional and a professional. Her main focus was to ensure my questions were answered and knew exactly what I was looking for. She only asked me to give her an opportunity to earn the business. Even when I was difficult and demanding at times, she did not waver at all and kept coming back with solutions or other suggestions on how we could make something work - She was prompt in returning phone calls, answering emails and went above and beyond everything. Again, if you are in the market for a new Porsche, please go and see Tiffany Hansen. You wont be sorry. Her attitude and willingness to help the clients is beyond what you would experience anywhere else. I will NOT be going back to my friend anymore for any future needs. It is truly my belief that its the people at an organization that makes world of the difference, and Tiffany is an example of that. I do want to plug in a word for the Sales Manager Dario as well, who was obviously involved behind the scenes, however, I had an opportunity to meet with him as well, and discuss few things while Tiffany had a day off - and I couldnt say anything different about him either - Tiffany and Dario. Thank you so very much for everything and answering my million questions, and making sure - Not only we were able to come to terms on everything with this deal, but making a lifetime client of yours.
