BEWARE! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! We went in to Rightway at the beginning of February to get a car. We had bad credit and the process was fairly simple. We thought we were getting a decently used car and were willing to make payments to help build our credit. The people seemed nice and helpful. After we signed all the papers we left satisfied with our decision. Thats where the good feelings end. Within a week the battery was dead, we were able to jump it and make it back to Rightway to have them check it out. We spent 3 hours waiting to have the car brought back and was told nothing. We asked the garage guy and he said it was looked over and it was fine. We took it home. Within a week of that visit the car was dead again and we found out that the key falls out of the ignition WHILE ITS STILL DRIVING. We jumped it and then we took it to our mechanic at Midas. He then gave us a run down as to what is wrong with the car. The transmission lines were leaking, the battery is bad and that there is a recall on the ignition switch. We called Rightway they told us we now have to go to the shop that is approved by the finance company called Custom Trim...45 minutes away from our home and we had to pay a deductible for it to be repaired. I work days and my fiancé works nights and was never able to make it to Custom Trim before they closed, and when we did have time we didnt have the money for the deductible. Weve maintained the car as well as we can without it being repaired. Weve continued to have various issues with the car. Weve had to take it to Lube Stop numerous times to have them fill it with transmission fluid and fix minor repairs to keep it running. Today the muffler fell off and was dragging while I was driving on the expressway on my way home from work....weve had the car 4 and half months. 4 AND A HALF MONTHS. The finance company is pointing the finger at Rightway and in so many words told us...you signed the papers, you have no options... either pay for the car or have it repod whether it be voluntary or not. So please RUN dont walk away from this place... Youre in for a ride if you get involved with them. No pun intended.

Only reason this is not 1 star is that the people are very friendly. First off before you test drive any car from them ask how much the car is, they will claim one price but when the bank approves you the car will magically be that price. Example I asked how much a 2013 Ford Edge was they didnt even know then they came back and said I couldnt get approved for a $20,000 car. Really a 2013 Ford Edge with 70,000 miles on it is 20,000. No I only got approved for 14,000 and they cant rape me with the markup at that price. Secondly they knew I wasnt approved for that amount, yet didnt call me, I had to drive over 30 minutes away for them to tell me that. They then pulled another car up for me to test drive without even telling anything about the car or anything. They are not upfront and my advice to you is ASK HOW MUCH THE CAR IS.

I walked into Rightway and immediately felt a positive vibe from the handsome, friendly and very professional salesman, Bryce. I was concerned about my credit and what, if anything, they could do for me. I had visited a couple of other dealerships who advertise programs for people with poor credit and didnt receive the personal attention like I did at Right way. Bryce spent time not only explaining ways to help improve my credit but the best part of it all is that they worked their magic to get me financed in a much newer and nicer car than I could have hoped for. Im on the road to improving my credit and creating a better tomorrow and Im hopping in my sweet new ride to take that trip! Thanks so much to Bryce and Rightway for making it all possible!

If youre looking for an affordable and reliable car, youve come to the RIGHT PLACE!!! I originally met with ROBERT JENKINS at the Parma location. (I didnt expect to be approved because I dont have enough established credit. To my surprise, they have this specialized credit program (its NOT a buy-here pay-here) that will improve my score within 18 months!! I was sold but didnt have a down payment at that time. Robert even gave me some advise about my credit score. When I was finally ready to purchase he was no longer at the Parma location. I drove close to an hour to see ROBERT because his customer service is impeccable!!! Im so happy about my new car and I hope everyone looking for a new vehicle will see this post!!! Thank me later :)

This place has a lot of good reviews and I understand why, when you first go in you get great service, they sell you by saying it builds your credit and you can come back in 24 months to upgrade your purchase. What they dont tell you though is that they dont properly service their vehicles. Ive had to put so much money into a 2006 Chevy Malibu that Im having to pay $8000 dollars for. I wanted to trade in to get an SUV due to getting married and now having step children, every time Ive been in I get a new run around story as to why they cant take my car back or trade it out. They are a terrible car company. I probably wouldnt be so upset if I didnt have such high payments and trying to figure out how to keep this car running

Super easy to get approved with little money down, the downside is that going to RightWay is just like buying from ABC Motors or JD Byryder. You pay $11,000 for a car that might be worth about $5,000 and youll pay 24.9% interest. They dont even let you pick out the car. Overall Cost will exceed about $16,000 Be sure to check your car out thoroughly after purchasing. I bought a 2004 Monte Carlo with 110,000 miles and the transmission started slipping about two months later, Luckily I decided to file for Chapter 7 and was able to include the car.

Today we came to Rightway without a car and left with a car! All thanks to Issac for going above and beyond. He made the impossible to possible. He never pressured us,he was patient, and made this experience a personal one. He was honest about the process and determined to get us a car asap. We recommend our family and friends to Issac from RightWay Auto Sales. We love our 2006 Ford 500 hundred! Great features,Runs great and Affordable! Thank You,Issac! You truly made this special and I wish you the best.

Excellent! Tyler Smith and Cee Harding did more than any where else did. After being dissapproved multiple times from countless other car lots Right Way approved me and got me in a 2008 Nissan that day for 200 down. Walking in I had low expectations since I am only 20 with no credit. They completely changed my whole day, whole week, and I now have peace of mind knowing I have a reliable form of transportation.
