Very disappointing. Terry Grandberry was awesome very patient. I drove 191 miles away to pick up my 2012 infiniti g37x. He let me test drive the car longer than average. Now on the other hand, finance rep Joshua Browning sold me an extended warranty and gap insurance. He assured me that everything was cover etc, etc. The issue I have I was never ever told about a deductible. I took the vehicle to my closest Infiniti dealership for some work nothing major seat memory, rear passenger window not working properly. I really couldve waited for this to be fixed, but being myself I just wanted it fixed now. Here it is BOOM 200 dollar deductible. Was never told about it didnt receive and paperwork on it which im still waiting on the paperwork to see what is actually covered. I was told several times that my deductible would be changed to 100 which it wasnt. I talked to several people over the last week about this, James Baker, Scott, and Anthony. Final person I talk to which was the GM Robert Burgett. I explained my situation to him, he didnt care about anything I said. He only said that he would verbally reprimand his associates which told me that my deductible was changed from 200 to 100 which never gotten done. After back and forth asking Robert to help me. He hung up. Not once did I talk over him no yelling just a intense conversation about whats right is right and whats wrong is wrong. If you purchase a vehicle from this place make sure you receive all documents especially if you purchase a extended warranty. I just received a copy which I signed. This paper did not leave with me the day I left the dealership. Oh well. Lesson learned

I went to potentially buy a pre owned Lincoln mkz. So I tell Howard the sales guy which car I want to see. He tells me he needs to go to the gas station to put gas in it. Fine so I wait for him to come back. Then he shows me the car, which is a certified pre owned vehicle, full of scratches and blemishes, even small dents... No thank u... I requested to see a different car. Howard could not find the keys he left me in the parking lot waiting for him for about 15 minutes. I got back into the car I drove there in and left, never even saw the sales guy again. Horrible experience. U first had me wait 10-15 minutes to get gas then another 15 minutes to who knows how long to get the keys. Um, how about u act like u wanna sell cars. Put gas in them, have keys ready. Im taking my business to Ganley, which is out of my way but I already wasted enough time with nick mayer lincoln in Mayfield. Last time I had an experience I was 18 trying to buy a new camry and the sales person told me to come back with my Co signer and they would show me some cars, well I went across the street and bought a new accord instead. That was over 20 years ago...this is why i hate car shopping ...

Terrible experience with salesman, David Willingham. I will never deal with him again. 1. He was UNWILLING to help me after he lied about a warranty plan. 2. He didnt collect proper paperwork at the time of purchase. I had to email marriage certificates 3-4 months after the fact. 3. He didnt ensure my last two payments from a previous lease were paid off. Ford Motor Credit billed me for the last two payments. It wasnt until I spoke with a manager at the dealership that the payments were made. Overall, a terrible experience for a so-called luxury dealership. Ill always buy Fords/Lincoln because my family has over 100 years combined working experience at Ford Motor plants but I cant say Ill buy again from this dealership.

It was good service all-the-way-around. The sales representative Luke D was not pushy; he was willing to help me. Luke helped me pick a better car than what originally me and my wife were looking at, based upon my expressed needs and finances; the car is great. The whole team expressed the same attitude-professional. I was treated like an individual and not a number. I would would definitely recommend Nick Mayer Lincoln Mayfield and I recommend Luke D. We give him an "A".

Would rate it no stars if possible. I test drove a Used Lincoln Town car. When I checked the oil, only the tip of the dipstick had a drop of oil on it. The car had an oil leak. Thank God I didnt buy it. When buying a used car have a mechanic check it out. I trust Nick Myer about as far as I car throw that Lincoln. Buyer beware here!!!
