The only positive that I have about this dealership is that they were able to finance the vehicle. Before the temporary tags expired, the starter needed replaced, all of the spark plugs and wiring needed replaced (although I was told they were new. Some were the original plugs from 2004), the exhaust needed replaced, the a/c compressor was out (although I was told that it worked), there is a major problem with the speedometer (which doesnt always work and doesnt track actual mileage on the vehicle), 2 cylinders were not working and leaking gas into the oil and needed to be towed home. 2 weeks after the temporary tags expired and the plates were put on it was towed home AGAIN. The vehicle stalled and would not restart while driving down a major highway and appears to be a major engine problem. I have already spent far more on towing and repairs than I have on payments for the vehicle. This was by far the worst purchase I have ever made in my life. I assume that I will pay more in repairs than I paid for the actual vehicle within the first year, if it is even able to be repaired at this point.

Great used car lot. The owner and the employees, are extremely polite and helpful. Bought a Chevy Trailblazer from them, within a week the car started to drive very poorly, wouldnt even go over 60 miles on the freeway. I called and explained my issues with the car, they said okay bring the car back and we will bring it to the shop to get looked at. Come to find out the transmission was slipping. They put a new transmission in the car, that had fairly low milage, and they did all this without charging me a cent. While my car was fixed, they even lent out a Chevy Impala for me to drive, because my car took longer than anticipated to get fixed. The car is great now, and drives very smoothly. These guys are great, Id definitely come back again. Very honest and decent people!

I was looking for a car for my sons birthday. I found several in the NJ & OH area, but after sending a mechanic to check them out - all kinds of HIDDEN problems were discovered. My experience with UWin was very different! They answered my questions. They provided more information about the vehicle than other dealers. And they were very helpful throughout the process. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, I stated that I would be shipping it to my location. Again, they were very helpful. The car was extremely nice and my son is very happy with his first car. But, he is not so happy with the GPS tracker - I put in it!

They were very helpful getting me financing for a g35x. I have a limited credit history and they helped secure a loan for me. I love the car but it did have a few exhaust leaks and a damaged control arm bushing. Also the passenger rear brake caliber seized up and had to be replaced. Update: I called and left a message. I havent heard back from them yet. Also its been 4 weeks and I havent recieved the title yet. The total repairs so far cost about 700 dollars.

Ran into an issue about month after purchase. Being as I purchased vehicle as is, didnt think there was anything they could do. But surprisingly UWIN management went above and beyond to fix problem. Lets face it, these are USED vehicles. And they do inspect but cant catch every little problem. So before you get mad at them, try talking to them first. Some things covered, others may not be. But remember " as is" verses a warranty that they offer. Good people.

"YouLoseAutoSales" Thats what this place should be called. Call them to see if car was available, they said all day till 6pm. So I went to the bank, withdrew funds from account and headed over to their lot. The open sign was on but the door was locked. I called their number and a guy said the owner drove it home and he couldnt show the car for at least an hour. I said forget it!!! Please dont waste your time with these types of small dealership. What a Joke!!!

I got a vehicle for them and the frame was broken, sides stuffed with news paper, .still paying on the vehicle and have been going back and forth trying to get a hold of them for months with no success. I took it to a auto body shop today that told me there is no way this damage was done in a two year span that this frame on the truck was junk and unsafe to drive now my question is why the hell am I still driving it bc Sdjan refuses to call me back
