I was in need of getting a different vehicle, and needed to get one fairly quick since we had 2 vehicles down in the family. I had driven my Toyota Sienna Van, which I had bought several years back at World Auto Net, from 67,000 miles to 181,000 with hardly any problems. There was regular maintenance and wear and tear, but overall it was a great Van for us. I contacted World Auto Net again via internet website, and a couple of days later I bought a 2010 Mazda3. I hate buying cars because there is just a lot of things to consider and dealing with car dealers isnt always something to look forward to. However, Jay (Jason) from World Auto Net, as well as everyone else I have dealt with there, always came across as professional, caring and extremely helpful. I did not feel pressured into buying anything particular and was so glad I went back there a second time. I have driving age daughters and if we need a car in the future I will be going back to them again. Also, when i bought the Van, i had requested they put a hitch on for me before I pick it up and follow through with the purchase, and they did the next day. When I bought the Mazda I requested they get the back windows tinted for me, and again they did the next day. In addition, about 1 week after I brought the Mazda home, I inquired about a possible trade due to the size of the car (a personal preference that had nothing to do with the Mazda itself), and even though in the end I kept the Mazda, World Auto Net was once again extremely helpful and ready to follow through with the request with hardly any trouble.

BUYER BEWARE! I highly suggest you find another lot. I bought a toyota with 56,000 miles. Fluids were great, ran great. Sparing all the details, the car consumed (not leaked) 4 quarts of oil in less than 2 months! Car started to knock i pulled over got a tow and called World Auto Net who picked it up. They "Forgot" to give me a copy of my warranty. The copy they showed me looked like they pencilled in the details for 50% labor/parts. They wanted to put a junkyard engine in that car with very little guarantee and no milage guarantee or history guarantee. ONLY their in-house mechanic could do it and hes "never done this before". The estimate they gave me was out of line. They set their own labor costs on in-house jobs, I suspect their estimate was based on an amount of hours that wouldnt cost them any money. Not the 50% they wrote in on the warranty after the fact. Their actions were probably criminal and Im considering seeking legal counsel. Avoid these guys at all costs, they need to be shut down. Really, avoid the hassle - go for a lot that cares about you after you drive off the lot. They only care you before you write the check.

I was nervous at first about buying a used car, but Victor and Fred were so accommodating. Victor answered my inquiry about the car I was interested in immediately and we arranged for a test drive. Victor told me right away that there was a minor issue with the car (a tire sensor had been left off when they had the brakes replaced before the car was purchased). They took the car to the dealership and had the sensor replaced before I picked the car up. Fred (the owner) was very friendly and gave me a great price on the car. There was no pressure to buy - they were more concerned with my satisfaction than making an immediate sale. Victor even arranged for a ride to the dealership for me to pick the car up. I am very happy with the car I purchased and with Victor and Freds friendliness, no pressure sales and concern to uphold their great reputation. Thank you Victor, Fred and World Auto Net!

They worked very well with me to do an in house loan and got me a decent car for the money. After having the car for a few weeks i had a few issues and they took care of it no problem. Now that the warranty was up had a fuel pump go bad they replaced it and not even a week went buy and the fuel pump again went out. After that was fixed for the second time the car has broke down again. They have supplied a loaner vehicle for me every time and that was very helpful. After asking the owner to switch us to a new vehicle that was more reliable because of the two kids me and my girl have he said with trading that car in i would have to put an additional 1500 down. Im about 50/50 with this place they help us but they dont if i get a new car ill wright a new review.

Terrible service! Bought a car from them E-Brake broke. They said okay we will get it fixed. One month later I call they said parts on order. Three months later, Oh we forgot to order it. Also aparently their mechanic quit so they asked if I had someone to put the parts on, are you kidding me! Car also was not ready when i picked it up, gas was empty. If your an older gentlemen and pull in with a nice car already of course you probably got great service because you appear to have money. Better off not to do business with them, or dont get their "warranty."

Best Deal from Best People. I love this place :) I purchased my Prius 2010 from World Auto Net. It was such a wonderful, an easy and fast transaction. Jay Graig showed an excellent and professional customer service with his fast response and he even arranged the car to get delivered at my door in Virginia. The car was as described. Im so happy with my car and I highly recommend any one to buy your next car from World Auto Net. This is the right place to buy a car from. Im planning to buy a car for my wife from them. Best Deal Best people. Thank you :)

Are you guys kidding?!!!! I have been buying cars from these guys for last 10 years, I have purchased 10+ cars for me and my kids throughout the years. They sold me cars way below everyone else in town and when I needed work done, they did it for a fraction of what BMW or Nissan or Volkswagen or Saab or Volvo dealer would have charged me. The owner is a super guy and he has always stood by his word. I mean his words, for those of you that want somebody else pay for your sales tax or fix your tire due to road hazard; this is not a place for you

I made the trip to World Auto Net after finding a used car I was interested in on their website. I ended up purchasing the car for a fair price, and the service was friendly and professional enough. There wasnt anything particularly outstanding about this dealership, and the only complaint I have about it is the amount of time it took them to send the cars title in the mail. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would do business with them again if I find myself in the market for a used car again someday.

Best Customer Service!!! Kim was so amazingly awesome. She helped us get a car for our family. After getting the car we had some minor issues with it and they gave us a loaner car each time. They even came and switch out a loaner car we it wouldnt start. If you are looking for an affordable vehicle and beyond excellent service "World Auto Net" is the place. Greatly satisfied with the service and our new car. Thank you so much for making something that would have been painful, to making it painless.
