Out of all of the dealerships in the CLV area I ended up at this one first!!! I did not buy a car here however I had dealings w them unfortunately, the person that I dealt with a few time was Debra, I do suggest to steer clear of this one for sure, It took four emails, multiple texts and conversations for her to get me to come in there. {all along she told me I was already approved} she just sounded like a used car salesmen and thats why I was so hesitant to go in there for a few weeks not to mention the fact she was trying to get me to buy a car w 70 k miles for 17,000.00 a Nissan rouge in fact, however I was more interested in the sabb w 50 k miles for 9k(I asked to see the sabb 3times and they never did let me see it) I ran both cars on KELLY BLUE BOOK and on both cars they were several thousand dollars over fair market price, even the highest end of the fair market price, I showed my Kelly blue book print outs to Tammy {thats who I was dealing with at this time } she had the nerve to say they dont use KBB, come on everyone uses KBB!!!They are a very small dealership so they dont have much wiggle room , they pd 5k for the sabb on a trade in and were selling in for 10k.... its a 2005, they offer a "FORE EVER WARRENTY" but let me tell you how they pay for that forever warranty, there cars are so over priced that warranty is just built into the over priced car.Never the less I did not buy a car from there THANK GOD! I went down the street and got a great deal w almost no money down on a 21k loan . Lenders will only give what the car is worth or they will usually finance 95% of the market value of the car, If the car is worth 10k and the dealer wants 13k for it you have to put a down payment of 3k min, this place marks the cars up so much that with out a large down payment, ,never the less go some where else this place is a ripp off, these people are used car salesmen, its their job to screw you....dont let them, THERE ARE SO MANY great places in the area.

I have purchased several cars over the years from various dealers but my experience at Eastside Mazda Volkswagen was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Upon arrival at the dealership, Sales Consultant Igor Drumme promptly greeted me in a friendly professional manner. I informed him that I was there to see a specific car that was advertised. He showed me the car on the lot and told me everything he knew about it and offered me a test drive. Although the car was clean because it had rained earlier that day, he wanted it to be freshly washed before I took it out. Impressive extra step! After a few minutes he had the car ready for me to drive. He knew so much about the cars history and all of its functions as if he had personally owned it himself! It was so refreshing to talk to someone who really knew his product. Igor was so patient and helpful answering all my questions. After driving the car I decided to purchase it. At no point did I feel pressured. Igor took all my information, was open to discussions about the price and was helpful taking all my finance information. At every step of the transaction he expertly guided me through the entire process beginning to end. He also took the time to introduce me to the Finance Manager (who was really nice) and many of the other people who worked in support services. He explained it is a family business that is committed to service and customer care. Igor made me feel like part of the "family". Within an hour I was driving my car off the lot but not before Igor made sure I understood all the buttons and functions on the car. Igor and the entire Eastside Mazda Volkswagen team earned my respect and my future business. If you are looking for a new or used car, do yourself a favor and stop at this dealership first. You will get a fair deal and treated like a valued person. Thanks Igor and everyone who made this a wonderful experience. I LOVE THE CAR! Edward Broderick

Ive been researching used cars and came across one I was interested in. it was priced well so I went to test drive. I had a positive impression so I took it to my mechanic for an inspection and found the vehicle needed at minimum $2300 in repairs. Returned to the dealership where I attempted to negotiate the price down and they decided the price was fair. It was at the high end with significant repairs and I requested the ability to borrow the car overnight so I could get a second opinion from a trusted friend. At this time I was told there was "another customer" coming tonight with approved credit and they were unwilling to allow me the comfort of making this significant of a purchase. The salesman had advised via text prior to my arrival that the cost could be negotiated, that they wouldnt lose the sale over a few hundred dollars but their story changed after I was there. I know how car dealerships can be, but at the end of the integrity should matter. So far, of the four dealers I have visited in my search this is the first to make me feel insignificant/unworthy as a potential customer. The price was dropped two and a half weeks later when the vehicle never sold. The salesman contacted me and I ultimately was able to buy the vehicle I fell in love with for what I feel was a fair price. Tomorrow it goes to the mechanic for a thorough inspection.

Salesperson- Ed Davis- 5 star gentleman, And I never rate anything 5 stars... I was looking for a certain CPO vehicle and willing to travel for it. I dealt with 10-15 dealerships from Ohio to MD. I came across some really slimy tactics and unbelievably rude salespeople at other dealers. I have zero tolerance for that At Eastside we settled on a price, but then I got held up (VW buyback) and couldnt get out there until almost 2 weeks later. I was lucky the vehicle was still there, and we picked up where we left off. They even still honored the price we negotiated from a few weeks earlier (which based on mileage and year was far better than anyone else). I traveled 4 hrs to get out there and was on the road with the car in about an hour. No funny stuff. No trying to tack on extras. No red flags. No aggravation. Ed Davis seemed like a genuinely nice guy. Not fake nice, not pushy, not intimidating. While other salespeople were upfront on what days they werent available, Ed even came in on his day off to close the deal. Well worth the day trip to get a better deal without any BS

While looking for a quality used vehicle, I narrowed my interest down to a half dozen options. Living in Buffalo NY, 5 of the options were from this area while the other was a vehicle being sold by Eastside. I sent each location a request for contact. Despite being before 9am, Billy (internet manager from Eastside), immediately sent me a text asking how he could help. In addition to Billys quick response, he provided honest answers that allowed us to determine that the vehicle I was inquiring about was not exactly what I was looking for. Undoubtedly other locations would have kept relevant information from me in order to get me to make the 2 hour+ drive in hopes of selling me something I did not want. It is worth noting, that hours after conversing with Billy, I still have not heard from any of the other dealers. Thanks to the customer service from Eastside, I will always be sure to review their inventory when looking for a vehicle.
