Dave Matchinga what more can I say, he was on it. I started looking for a 2017 GMC pick up back on 7-30-16 and struggled with not one not two but three dealerships, the first being junction auto, the second sims buick and the third being preston auto, I have the dated emails to back this up as well. All three dealerships took so long to get back with me from the start and couldnt follow the simple task of building a truck online. Dave Matchinga on the other hand answered his phone asked me what I wanted, I told him the specific build on my 2017 GMC HD pick up and he said ok let me call you back in five minutes. Four minutes and twenty eight seconds past and my phone rang. It was Dave with a price on the truck I wanted built, we talked for a few more minutes and I went in to meet him to put money down to start the build and the truck was there three weeks later. Dave had everything ready to go after we had a few texts to each other and I showed up at Classic GMC at 4:45 pm and was driving down mentor avenue by 5:15 pm in my new 2017 GMC deep garnet 3500 HD. The smoothest fastest truck buying experience I ever had, Dave is a steller guy and gets it done without any headaches, I found it hard to believe the other three dealerships didnt want my money for there product, I even got into it with them about not calling back on time and calling me every now and then trying to sell me a truck off the lot that didnt match what I wanted, they struggled with building the truck with me online. I hope this letter finds its way to the owner and manager of Classic GMC in Painesville. Dave Matchinga is the man and I will be letting all my friends and family know where to go to buy a vehicle. I can see that Dave takes great pride in his work, he should be a teacher for other salesmans. And on a side note I still have my 2000 chevy express truck that has 275,000 miles on it and is still in service as my work truck that I got from Classic Chevy in Mentor on route 615. I have never been treated so poorly in my whole life. I came in interested and the Buick Encore. I explained to the man "helping" me that my lease on my Hyundai was coming to an end and I was interested in switching to a Buick. He then pointed to it and said "well there it is." I asked him about a special I had seen on Buicks website, he then told me that they were not honoring that special and I would not be able to find it anywhere else, then walked away. I left and purchased my new Buick from Bill at Junction and amazingly he honored the special, imagine that. I love my new Buick but I will never even think about stepping into Classic Buick GMC ever again.

Great experience. I was very hesitant about even looking for another vehicle because I usually get the never-ending run around at most dealerships and end up leaving without a car. Not here - they go above and beyond great customer service. I honestly have never been treated so well from a dealership...ever... and I have bought quite a few cars and have been to countless dealerships. They go out of their way to make a flawless transaction without wasting any of your time and that is what is most important to me. Great selection of nice vehicles! I had my children with me and they kept them entertained and occupied while I test drove and looked at GMC terrains. My son bought a 2001 Dodge Intrepid in July 2013. The paper on the car said 30 warranty. After I helped with the downpayment, I had to leave. They came up with a different paper that said no warranty when he sat down to do the rest of the paperwork. They took advantage of a 20 year boy who had never bought a car before. Unfortunately, he ended up having issues with the electrical system about 2 weeks he bought that car and had to pay out of pocket.

I took my 2010 Chevy avalanche in for lamp replacement, and was pleasantly surprised that it was a covered item under my warranty. The service rep was very curtious and informative about my vehicle and other offers such as multipoint inspections that the dealer had on special. Overall it was a great experience. I have been a Cassic Buick GMC customer for over 15 years and have always been treated with respect and professionalism. Great job everyone!

Bob Olds, Sheldon, Tonya, (Hope all spelled correctly!) made this an absolute pleasure!! Started out with emergency with my brides car. We ended up purchasing 2 vehicles there!! Had it not been for the aforementioned folk going out of their way to make sure things were handled well, this could have turned out to be a huge fiasco! Wanted to say Thank You! My experience with Dean at Classic Buick GMC in Painesville was great! They didnt have the car we wanted at this store, but they were able to purchase it at auction and had it sent up from North Carolina. Took less than a week for delivery, service and detailing and Dean helped me with the paperwork for my trade in and got us into our new car in no time. Excellent salesman and staff!
