We discovered our 2010 Lincoln MKX on the internet and drove to Cleveland to finalize the purchase and pick up the car. Upon arriving, we found the MKX, the deal, the salesman, Michael, and all others at Ford Autonation East to be very satisfactory and deserving of our highest rating. However, while registering the SiriusXM we discovered the tuner was malfunctioning and would require service work. Sirius suggested we place an order for the part and have it installed at Best Buy. But Best Buy stated that this part could not interface with a factory installed radio. AutoNation covered the cost of the original estimate, $150 but not the the total of $371 it eventually cost to have the correct tuner ordered and installed. Apparently, all the wonderful guarantees and warranties listed in internet and phone ads do not apply to Sirius systems. Do not believe the following when dealing with Autonation: Relax, it’s covered. It’s Ford Certified. Only after passing a rigorous 172-point inspection is a pre-owned vehicle Ford certified, complete with limited warranty coverage and 24-Hour Roadside Assistance. Watch the video to learn more. 172-Point Inspection Areas covered: Vehicle history, including scheduled maintenance performed Comprehensive road test Exterior and interior features inspected Underhood, underbody and diagnostic systems It certainly didnt apply as the sales manager stated the allowance for the incorrect tuner was all he could do.. His action certainly changed our rating from Woohoo to EEK! P.S. We also have just discovered that the inspection must not have included tires since in less than two months and less than 2000 miles three of the four tires were down to the wear bars would not pass Pennsylvania inspection and rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. If you buy there, bring your own penny to check the tire tread and your mechanic to check the brakes and dont pay until you can hear the SirusXM radio because the 172 point inspection doesnt always work and Autonation doesnt always correct the problem.

I went to the Wickliffe, AutoNation location and was immediately impressed by the wide selection of vehicles they had on the lot. I was greeted pretty promptly by a salesman named Patrick. He was polite, courteous and ready to listen to what I wanted in my used vehicle. I actually had my mind set on a Ford Escape but after listening to my wants, requirements of a vehicle and price range I chose three escapes and two ford fusions. After test driving both types of Fords, I was more pleased with the Ford Fusions then the Ford Escapes. I live in a very snowy area and I thought my mind was set on 4WD but after listening to Patrick talk about the Ford Fusions and then later researching them further, I found that this car was a better fit for me price, options and gas wise. After choosing my car was the horrible experience I had with the financing aspect of my experience began a two week back and fourth between a company Auto Nation uses when it comes to actually paying them for their vehicles. However, Jesse in financing and his superiors were more than helpful to alleviate any issues i was having and eventually everything fell into place due to their hard and diligent customer service work. Thank You Auto Nation Wickliffe for my car! Being a single woman going to purchase a vehicle by myself I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of or that my questions were not answered honestly. Patrick definitely understands how to work with woman customers and has the patience to explain things that most dealers would just try to take advantage of a ignorant female customer.

(April 2013) I just purchased a new 2012 F150 FX4 from Mullinax Ford East. The truck is excellent! Rob Ronske was my salesman and he was able to help me with all my needs. The sales process was honest and they were able to give me a fair amount for my trade in. Rob was even able to find all rebates available to me to make my new truck more affordable. This is my second new truck from Mullinax and both experiences have been good. Rob and the rest of the sales team went out of their way to help me with this purchase, even afterwards with a loaner vehicle to get things done on my new truck. UPDATE (Oct 2014) - Just purchased another new Ford from Autonation Ford East. This time I picked up a 2015 Fusion and my sales associate was Josephine Janz. I wouldnt keep coming back here if I wasnt getting treated right. No pressure from the Sales team - and I was undecided on which car to choose. But in the end I found one that will suit my family great. Now Im looking forward to picking out a new 2015 Mustang in the near future and Autonation will be my first stop. There is a reason this dealer is rated 5 stars by everyone - its the best Ford dealer around. The treat everyone respectfully and fairly. Prices are low and fair. No pressure sales.

I never thought I would say a car buying experience was pleasant. Most of the time, I have dealt with pushy salespeople who promise one thing and present something else. That was not the case at AutoNation Ford East. I gave them my basic info for credit, they appraised my car, and wrote down what I wanted and delivered a car that was just what I was looking for (including some extra bells and whistles). Jesse, the finance manager, also got me a lower interest rate than I expected and what they originally presented - in the past I had the opposite experience with other car dealers. Not only that, but when the car was delivered to me, the salesman spent time going over some of the features and helped me set up the Sync 3 tablet in the dash. He also followed up to get the mats that I wanted and even put them in the car for me. I am handicapped and he spent time meeting my needs to fit my walker in the car. Being a woman and handicapped, some of the other car dealers acted like they were doing me a favor by talking to me. Brian Laznik was my salesperson and was not only professional and respectful, but very helpful. If I could rate this dealer with ten stars, I would.

December, 2015: Very very happy. Just bought a fully equipped 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid here with Brad F., who handles internet sales for Consumer Reports referrals etc. Brad was very helpful & got me what I believe were all the Ford rebates available + a good discount from the dealership. I ordered the car just the way I wanted it. That way I avoided options that I might not want that you find on cars already on dealers lots. Delivery took 6 weeks, which is normal. MSRP/window sticker was $35,840. The true discount from the dealer was $2,575 (7.2% of MSRP), which is a good discount per Consumer Reports. Ford Incentives/Rebates were $2,750, or $30,515 before tax. Out the door, after tax & documentation, about $33,500 for a car with every major option available except the self parking assist option I didnt want. This is the second car I purchased from this dealership, both purchased via Consumer Reports Car Buying program rather than just walking into the showroom. The other was a Ford Fusion Hybrid, a 2011. I was happy both times with the cars, the prices & the dealer. I havent used them for service though, since I live closer to another dealer.
