I have to agree with the other negative review written on this site. Please, to save yourself hassles, do not buy a car from this company! Its been one hassle after another dealing with this company, especially their account service rep, Wendy. I dont know how many times we were assumed to have a leased vehicle when it was a bought vehicle, how she claimed wed have a payment of $300 when our payments were only $190. There is definitely something shady going on with this company and they require some GPS unit be put on your vehicle as well before you drive off of the lot with it. (that should have brought up red flags) Trying to pay them is near impossible at times because, even if you do give them a check, its not deducted from your account in a timely manner. Very very shady, especially the financial aspect of their company, and I highly recommend you look elsewhere to put your money into a better company. I believe the excellent comments have to be from the owner/workers at Sims and different emails as none of the ones I read come close to my experience.

Hello I am just one of many people who Mark Sims has taken advantage of. If you are an employee a customer or even his own father, he will try to stab you in the back and steal from you.Mark Sims is a world class con artist ,Liar, and a cheat. Dont take my word for it just ask anyone that works there or has worked there. Or any of the many vendors that are still looking for there money. Most of his google reviews are bogus.I have personally witnessed him making up multiple fake email accounts and doing his own reviews. He has also forced his own salespeople to do the same thing. That is the only reason he has any good reviews at all! Sims Car Mall Has to be the worst place i have ever witnessed trying to sell bad cars. also if you want your information to be kept confidential, dont go there it will be laying all over the place. They dont know the first thing about being compliant.

I have been with Sims Car Mall for years now, Mark is a great man and Ellen is an amazing woman! The other ladies who work ther8e do not know how to speak to customers, or dp there job. I have no problem when speaking with the usual crew. I could say amazing things about Ellen and Mark but they need other employees there who dont just need a job. There cars are fine, business is fine as long as you pay your bill you have no problem. I have no complaints besides the the other employees need to learn how to use exceptional customer service. Considering I work at a bank and talking to someone who doesnt know how to navigate through the dealerships systems is very red for me. Mark and Ellen, thank you for you great business and i continue to look forward and stay with Sims. The star rating is for the other employees, not the business.

I was lucky not to purchase a car from Sims Car Mall. It starts off by the services. I was given an appointment to meet the car seller and to view the car I had in mind. After driving across town to meet in seller, he was not available. His colleague stated he was off on that day. Secondly, after going through my documents with another seller at their location about the specific car I had in mind, I was told the car was already sold. The car was sold? It is still available on the Sims Car Mall website. Even the seller brought it up on his own desktop and saw with his own eyes. I was disappointed but then the seller was being pushy about other cars I had no interest in. I left and never will return. Its about service for me, if theres sloppy service, then I can question the integrity of the vehicles Sims Car Mall are selling.

I went through a bankruptcy after my divorce in 2010. It was very difficult for me to find someone who would finance me for a vehicle. I came across Sims Car Mall in the auto magazine. Ive had my explorer for 4yrs now and I only had to fix the minor wear and tear that we experience with SUVs. This is my second vehicle with Sims Car Mall. The service I received with my first purchase exceeded my expectations,(I have high standards) so when I was looking to purchase a second vehicle last month I didnt hesitate to give them a call. Mark is exceptional. If you dont see the vehicle you are interested in, just give them a call to see if they can get it for you. They will work with you if youre going to be behind on your payments. Just give them a call, dont try to dodge them. Overall, They have quality vehicles and excellent service

Ive been dealing with sims car mall for some years now, seeing as how I am leasing a car through this company, I am in contact with them pretty often to make my payments. When wendy first started working in payments, I thought she came off as pretty mean/aggressive, but I recently went through a situation where I relocated back to ohio from Arizona due to family emergency and was unemployed, she worked with me pretty good! I appreciate the patience I just really hate making a payment arrangement and end up getting my gps system enabled to shut my car off anyway, Ive got in trouble with my job for being late due to this very reason...only downfall

Its hard to get in touch with people and they act like you botherng them when you doing them a favor they curse at you. Very unproffesional. and then tell you to stop calling about a car . I was there with them for 2 years and never missed a payment. So goodluck if you want to deal with them ** Beware of Monique Mayfeild. Oh and they dont greet you when you come in. There were several people there mad about they car smh!!

I worked with Mark to sell my car. He was very friendly and quick which is exactly what I needed. I was down to the wire and moving to New York the following day and needed to get rid of my car. I called Mark and was in and out. Ryan in the office was also a great help. If you want a fair price, and good person to work with, and someone that is very prompt in responding and getting things done come to Sims Car Mall!
