My husband and I were in the market for a White Diamond Tricoat GMC Acadia, searched the internet and found this vehicle at Ruby Auto Group in Hudson, Ohio. Although approximately 1 1/2 hours away, contacted Jon to discuss vehicles condition and verify if it met our wish list. I was a bit skeptical of working with a small independent auto dealer out of town as weve always purchased from a large GM dealership. After several days of conversing back and forth with questions and answers, we were fairly confident this was the vehicle of choice. Jon worked with our local credit union to complete paperwork ahead of time so we would only have to make one trip to Hudson. Upon arrival we found a small dealership with quality vehicles on the lot. Our Acadia was sitting out ready to be test drove and sparkling clean. Jon was super personable and ready to answer any questions. As we had previously test drove a GMC Acadia we were fairly certain after a short test drive this was the vehicle for us. Because the paperwork had already been completed between the CU and Jon we were able to quickly sign the paperwork and get back on the road home. Jon is a nice easy going individual to work with, zero pressure sales. If you are looking to get outside the Big Box dealerships and get yourself a quality automobile at the right price, this is the right place for you. Thanks Jon!!!!

As an out of state, (Michigan), buyer, I was reluctant to send a 2K deposit for a vehicle. I located this vehicle by my own searching and it was very unique and exactly what I wanted for sooo long! A 2015 F150 customized by DSI and virtually brand new. Only 1900 miles. After a few conversations and text messages, Jon had gained my confidence and trust.
