If your credit is not the best, stay away from these guys. They will take your money and give you a car just for it to fall apart 2 months later. First off car buying doesnt take 7 hours. Its a hour process tops. If you cant get a customer approved then kindly tell them sorry but at this time we cant approve you for a car. Come back in a few months. I wasted 7 hours of my day with these scammers to get tricked into a new car with serious issues. Upon the pending sale, I asked my salesperson about the warranty. He says "we cant give one to we maxed out to make this deal happen." If that isnt the most unethical and immoral thing Ive ever heard. Even if they did to twist some things to get me a new vehicle, I wasnt given the option to buy a warranty. So then I asked for the car fax. salesman says I will get all paperwork. LIES. After I walked off the lot with a 2014 altima I got no carfax or car history report. The only reason I left with vehicle was because they said Nissan still had the factory warranty on the car and Id be covered. No legit customer oriented dealer sells cars in this manner. I bought the car in January 2017. Around March 2017 the engine light comes on and it starts to overheat. Soon after that the car starts to hesitate when it starts. Everyday I fight with this car for it to turn on. The car only has 9000 miles on. A 2014 Nissan Altima should have zero issues with 9000 miles oil change or not. Long story short I take the car to Nissan and theyre first diagnosis was I need an new engine. My heart literally dropped. The people at Nissan showed my the car fax and the car was in several front end accidents which would have caused damage to the engine. So I go back to north coast and tell them the issues and they tell me its because I havent had an oil change. I know changing oil is serious but it 2014 car with 9000 miles. Not having the oil change will not cause transmission line leaks which was the second diagnosis from Nissan. So I take it back to north coast to have them diagnose the car and they say my head gasket is blown which basically means I need an engine. I was so furious. You cant tell me not having an oil change will cause three major engine problems in a new car that was in several front end accidents before me. At the end of the day its my fault for being young, naive, and anxious to get a new car that I left without a warranty or car history. But this is not car buying. I was scammed and north coast of Akron needs to be punished

READ THIS REVIEW!! I was prepared to give a great review when I purchased my Hyundai Sonata 07 on 5/28. But I am NOT SATISFIED at all!! The staff there was very nice, and seemed to really want to help me find a car I liked. I woke up the next morning headed to work and noticed 1. car made a loud noise under the hood when it started. 2. my cars brakes were squealing really loud when I applied a little pressure to the brakes. 3. noticed that my ride seemed a bit rough on the road but I thought maybe I just needed new tires on the front. So I took it to be looked at as I was instructed on the day of purchase to be looked over by service. So I was told it was just going to keep making that noise because of the kind of brakes it had. And for it to be looked over by service I would have to make an appointment. Even though I was told to bring it in by my sales rep. So already irritated I left to get in my car and the car didnt start I turned the key and nothing happened. Got one of there mechanics to look at it and this time it started and she heard the loud noise under the hood as well. And could not diagnose it right away. So I was told again to make an appointment for this issue as well. At that time I was concerned if my car would again not start and a loaner was not an option because they did not have any available. With all of these issues and seeing as how I just got this car they could not look at my car until 6/5. Again irritated but scheduled appointment and drove off. I found out from a friend that works for a tire company my front tires are dry rotted and not safe. The steering wheel was shaking at high speeds. On my way home stopped at the grocery store came out of the store car wouldnt start again. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for the car to start. Had to stop and get gas turned off car to go in and pay. Come out and again car wouldnt start. Had to wait another 5-10 mins for it to start. Went home pulled up and turned car off. Just curious if it would restart tried starting it up again and of course it wouldnt start. At this point I am so frustrated and angry that I am left with a car that I cant trust to drive. Let alone I dont feel safe with my kids in there. And North Coast Auto Mall does not seem to care.

My experience at northcoast auto mall was excellent i got into a very nice car that i love and i didnt feel pressured into anything it was a smooth and enjoyable experience and did i mention I LOVE MY NEW CAR it did take a while to get loan approved and was some confusion but my credit isnt real good either in the end i got the loan and the car and i am very happy this is the second time i am changing this review because of these people and their shady ways when i bought this car i waited 4 days to pick it up because they were putting a new tire on it giving it an oil change and filling all fluids so here it is not even a month later and i have a tire that keeps losing air and my car says it is time for an oil change ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I have never had such a horrible time purchasing a car also i was told they were going to get me another key still waiting on that and my sales rep Ameer told me since he didnt get me the deal he had hoped to get me he was going to pay $100 of my down payment for me and since i left bad reviews he sent me a text asking if i had paid it back when i was there the last time trying to figure out what was going on now he walked right by me about 3 times while i was there and didnt say a word but wants to text me later and ask me this. These people just really do not know how to treat their customers its a shame too because initially i had like 3 people i referred there and i have since told them to go somewhere else and they did this has just been rediculous not to mention they text me and ask me to change my review. I did get a call from a higher up customer service manager going to call him back tomorrow and i guess we will see what happens well i once again was let down because nothing was ever done to make things right and now the other day i had to get a jump start to get the car to start when i called them the guy on the phone kept cutting me off and tells me to bring it in and they will look at it. Are you kidding me? Like i want them touching my car. I think i am just going to take my attorneys advice and call the attorney general i paid a lot of money to have a reliable car and have had nothing but issues and rude people to deal with
