I bought a bike and it took the employees over 45 minutes to bring me a box from the back. They had me standing in the front like an idiot for what felt like a lifetime and not untill the whole rush was over they they finally manage to bring me a box that was already damaged not untill I got to the car did I notice but after that looooong wait. It was not worth going back in for. Theyre disorganized and I am unhappy. My experience was crappy too bad I couldnt give a zero star review. You suck!

I came into the store with my 2 grandsons very happy. I have shopped there for years with my own kids and grandchildren. Today was very unsatisfactory and frustrating. Only Eric the manager seemed to care or be interested in working there. The salespeople need to be told this and wake up to the custo mers needs.

Helpful staff, and they tend to have the toys in stock when the other stores dont. Can be slightly higher in price, but they have regular sales which easily offsets the cost. Packed full of customers on the holidays - but the lines move smoothly.

One stop shop for your mini, make any day into a toy/game filled adventure or if you want to tire them out test drive a few scooters and mini bikes maybe take the electric land rover for quick isle spin lol you get the point.

Usually get great customer service and my exchange was very easy. Most toys can be found cheaper online though.. but its nice that they are there for certain things
