Got a gift card from Toys R us for a Birthday gift and three months ago i was told we had $50.00 I go to use it and they tell me it expired? This company take money from hard working parents and rips of the customer. I never would think A big toy store would operate to cut there cost by having exasperation on a gift card to save them money.. Well it is there lost I was going to apply that $50.00 on a $1,700 trampoline. We ended up going to spots authority and when I told them how Toys R us ripped us off they gave us a discount and it was $300.00 less then Toys R us and a better trampoline. Very disappointed and we are telling everyone not to shop at TOYS R US.

My over all trips and ventures to this Toys R Us store have been pleasing while there are some undesirables that are employed there, not all the employees were unhelpful. The store is in disarray from the holiday seasons shopping sprees and customers putting stock in places where it doesnt belong. The management is spread through-out the store consistantly picking things up and I always see employees picking things ip and restocking them. As with any store Im sure everyones experience is very different. Ive found that for the most part while there is a huge room for improvement in this store it could be much worst.

the dark manager will not only lurke and follow your family around but will do his best to provide you the worst customer service. he treated me and my wife like we were his worst enemies. Please toys r us, drop this phoney because he is not representing you well.

This is a decent Toys R Us location. Although it seems like every time I go there they only have one register open so you have to wait for a little bit. The parking lot is big so you wont have trouble finding a spot. The employees are pretty nice too.

We drove over 20 miles to get to the store at 7pm on Sun and they closed the door on us...when it clearly says on line the store is open until from 10-8 pmon Sunday . They dont offer delivery of big items. and they dont pick up the phone either.

Nice and courteous associates. Helpful. Just stated they dont do military discounts when my wife was given Military discount a month ago. There seems to be an issue with what discounts they provide. Even supervisor isnt sure.

Good Lego and My Little Pony collection. Doors are a nuisance - they scream at you when you come into the store (what, am I stealing stuff to BRING IN to the store) and scream at you when you have. REEEEEE!!!!

I went in this store a few times looking for a tablet to give my daughter on her birthday and theyre always out of stock when it you ask for an IPad or Tablet. Figure it out! Im not saying anything

Feel like a kid again whenever I come here. They dont have the best prices but theres something about being surrounded by toys and getting that feeling that you cannot get shopping online.

Consistently messy, dirty. The drugged-up people that work there never know if they have the item youre looking for, or even where in the store to try to find it yourself.
