2 stars just because everything is organized, zero stars to Michelle proud aunt for ingoring us for 15 min after we asked her to help us with car seat. Their boxes were all the way on top shelves so we couldnt help ourself, asked Michelle proud aunt for help, she sad to wait, well we did wait for 15 min to be helped, ended up leaving our shopping cart and car seat idea after we realized that she is just not in a mood to help people. All others seems to be the same, no one will ever greet you or ask if you need help.

There are toy stores and then there are TOY stores.This is of the later variety. A store that engages the mind and soul of the child and the child inside the adult.So many neat things to look at, to touch and to consider. Sadly, i had no little one to buy for and the things I wanted, I have no space to take home.But if i were a city dweller, Id be here a lot, or finding people to bring here, because the sculptures out front were just that much fun!

This is my go to spot for toys for my 6 year old. I have never had a problem with customer service here and have always found the things that I need. The manager Jon is a really nice guy as well and is always there to help. The checkout line moves pretty fast as there is always a good number of employees at the checkout stands which helps keep the line moving swiftly.

You can definitely find what you are looking for here at Toys R Us. There are definitely some items that are more affordable here and sometimes less expensive. I have been coming to babys r us only because I have had to buy gifts for my friends who just had little tykes. So its nice I dont have to drive really far to any other place for baby stuff.

I took my 5 year old son here to buy a playhouse. Although there was a slight delay in receiving the item, the manager took over and made sure I had a good experience. I will continue to shop here.
