This review doesn’t just apply to the Burbank store but also to Toys R Us in general. I placed an order online using a gift card and chose store pick up for two of the three items ordered. The Burbank store cancelled the order for one of the items they did not have in stock, and offered no options like ship-to-home or shopping credits I could use right away. I was told I needed to order the cancelled item again if I still want it. Another problem was the money was taken out of the gift card when I tried ordering it again. Called their support the next day and was told it would take from 24-48 hours to get my money back. Called again after 60 hours as I still had no money back on the gift card. The agent tried helping me and put me on hold for what seemed like eternity, only to hang up on me after I told her that me having to wait 7-10 days to get the missing amount was simply unacceptable. Called back and spoke to yet another agent who did transfer to a supervisor who offered nothing better than the second agent. So beware when you shop at Toys R Us. They are quick to take your money, but don’t care about things when they screw up. And trying to get decent customer service/support from them seems like a lost cause. TL;DR – Toys R Us is effed up like a football bat. Take your business to stores who treat their customers better.

Need to change the whole staff and the computer system.. First i bought a formula milk and dont have cash i used my debit card and after i swipe it it declined, i used another card declined again they said someting wrong in my bank account, but when i used it to another transaction not in babies ur us its working so the problem is from babies r us system not from my bank account... it was happened almost two months ago.. Now recently we bought a boxes of diapers and baby formula i supposed to use 3 gift cards that we got as a gift from a baby shower and then suddenly the cashier said its no fund at all but how come 3 gift cards no fund? We went to another babies r us in Panorama and we tried to use those giftcards and it works overthere... I dont know whats wrong in Babies r us in Burbank.. Whoever in charge in your branch you should hire the staff that capable to help and assist the customers. And they should learn about their product so that everytime the customers ask something they can help rightaway.. Im living in Burbank but now i preferred to go to Panorama branch the staff are nice and friendly and helpful

I never write reviews but I had the worst time here. My wife, baby & I came on a restock day and it was frustrating. We had a hard time getting to the isles because boxes blocked our stroller. The employees squeezed past us with big boxes crowding where we where. And none of them asked if we needed help or waited for an opening, they where just trying to get the job done. Which. I get it. But it just felt like we shouldnt be there. Then once we didnt find what we where looking for we decided to get some batteries and it took FOREVER. to. check. o.u. t

Christmas time was actually the best customer service Ive ever experienced..they ran the store like a well oiled machine...I think its because they hired extra staff...you were always able to find someone to help and they were each very cordial and helpful...the rest of the year..well.. thats a different story. Its unfortunate that because they make so much money and we as parents needing to buy special toys that are priced sometimes lower than Target or Kmart/Walmart, were forced to go there...have no choice but to put up with their shenanigans.

Horrible store no body knows what they are doing everyone is very unhelpful had to wait an hour to get an item topi actually never able to get it because they threatened me saying Im wasting there time and can get someone fired for wasting time on me this store needs to change our they will lose customers I am going to tell my friends and family to not go to this particular store and the total of people Im telling is 15+ppl. I ratherho to the one in sherman way and woodley. This store deserves a fat F.

Big box toy store with a large variety of toys for kids from 1 to 92. The parking lot at this location can get pretty busy between the restaurant, Burger King and Hobby Lobby that share it. They do not allow Apple or Android Pay even though their registers technically can accept it. Managements excuse is that there is a lot of fraud with those forms of payment. Like credit cards are never stolen or scanners malware-hacked... Pretty silly.

Couldnt find anyone to help me with bikes. So I went to the cashiers (there was 4 Just standing around) and I was told someone would be right with me. 15 minutes later no one showed up. Went back up to the cashiers who told me the bike I wanted was out of stock when I never told him which bike I wanted. ?????? Really???? Never going to give toys r us a penny of my money with that kind of service

The manager there is the worlds most rudest human being... Just the thought of him is pissing me off... He follows you makes you feel very uncomfortable if you ask him a question gives you attitude etc... I use to go to toys r us about once a week... Now I stay as far away as possible... Other than that... The rest of the employees are cool... Helpful... Place is usually clean and organized...

Funny experience, I was walking around picking up some toys for my daughter with my headphones in talking to my wife on the phone when a staff member jumped out and said "excuse me sir, weve been closed for about 15 minutes." Lol. Friendly, cool, and nice about it. They still checked me out and were awesome about the whole thing. I like this place. A little on the messy side though.

I truly appreciate the wonderful staff at the Burbank Toys R Us. We got there 4 minutes before closing time and yet were graciously welcomed. We were allowed to find what we needed without being rushed.. This meant a lot to us as we needed to buy a last minute gift and were leaving early in the morning with no time left to buy it elsewhere. Excellent customer service!

I used to come to this Toys R Us in the late 80s Early 90s and boy it was the greatest toy store. Now it looks run down, Dirty, and DEPRESSING the workers look like they dont want to be there. I called to check on a toy they put me on hold for 4 minutes, someone comes on and ask if they helped me yet. I wont shop there again I can tell you that.

Their customer service is a bad joke. I was on the phone for an hour on hold while they were "looking" for a certain brand of milk. When I asked why it took so long she said shes the only one on the floor, and yet the person I spoke with earlier was a male. So frustrating, do not go here, unless you are truly desperate.
