Worst Toys R Us ever, I came here to buy my daughter a bike and I payed the extra 15 dollars for them to build it. They told me to come back in 2 days and when I came back 2 days later they told me they had accidently broken my daughters bike! They said if I came tomorrow they would have it for me, so I went the next day. And guess what? They still didnt have the bike! They offered to give me the bike on display, I agreed knowing that if I came back the next day, they still wouldnt have it done. The display bike was scratched and just too much in bad shape. I spent 2 hours in line trying to get my money back, over all my experience was horrible. Instead I went to the Toys R Us in Torrance and got my daughters bike the next day, ready to go!

The two stars are because of the loathing park g lot, thats always very clean, and the store thats always clean. But, The staff needs a lot of improvement. The people inside electronics are ok. But the rest, get rid of them. New management is desperately needed here. Lack of curtsy, no pleasantries here folks. The staff is not friendly, unhelpful, and dare I say it a bit arrogant. This is not the place for that. Kids needed to be respected, parents need to be addressed according, and there is no sense of shopper interest here. The information you need is online and not in this store with its staff unfamiliar with there own products.

Best and most efficient toys R us experience by far. "Darling" (thats right not "Darlene" her name is actually Darling) in Guest Services helped me out from phone call, to making sure they physically had the large item I was looking for, to expediting getting it out from the container in their warehouse room, to having it ready when I got their to purchase / pick up. I live in Orange County and work past LAX. So I only know where the airport is in that area. Surprised to find that this area was clean, modern, no dingy ugly L.A. streets whatsoever. I felt like I was back in Orange County ;) Thanks again.

It sucked!! just like every other time i went to any location of toys r us only a very few times did i think it was ok staffing needs a big make over Really!! And THEY HAVE JOBS ... people who have better common sense and education r hurting for a job or a chance to work, and Toys "R" Us continues to hire under skilled and un intrested in even showing up let alone do the work that is in outlined Duties.. hey hire people who want to work and need to work believe me they will put the work in with a pep in their step and with a smile everyday

I reserved Toy Story 1 and 2 on Blu-Ray in Blu-Ray cases. On the day they came out for sale, I went and no Blu-ray cases. Only Blu-Ray/DVD combo packs in DVD cases. I explain to them the difference and it goes over their head. I return the next, after being promised a next day shipment with nothing. On the third day I call ahead AND CONFIRM they are in Blu-Ray cases to drive there to find out Toy Story 2 blu-ray shipments never came. The employees there have no clue what they are selling, stocking and calling ahead is just worthless.

Staff is lazy and not motivated. The womens restroom had boo boo tissue everywhere on the floor. I cleaned the stall, yes, meaning I picked up that mess so I could use the restroom. Afterwards, I informed the manager who told someone else to clean it, who then told another person to clean it, was absolutely ridiculous! I purchased a nightlight mini flashlight for my son but had to return the product not once but twice before finally asking for a complete refund. Toys R Uss are not the same anymore compared to when I was a kid.

By Far great service. Came in a rush wanting to order a gift for my Little cousin in Texas. Was helped by Supervisor Edwin. Went above and beyond any normal customer service procedures to make sure i got the items i needed and shipped in time. Edwin because of you my cousin wi have a amazing 7th birthday. If you wanted to see customer service in its best see toys r us for a great greet as soon as you walk through the door and awesome upper managment skills from Edwin. You Rock!!

Plain and f-in simple toy r us retards when you have a smarTrike dazzle 5 in 1 trike that is "listed" for sale for $39.99 only to list misprint the wrong information with a different picture of 3 in 1 smartrike breeze and to find out its $99.99 very bad ad marketing and false advertisement! You make a mistake with the picture and information you sell it at that price! Dont mess with customers like that otherwise you will get some unhappy ones!

Recent experience was in the video game department where we were greeted and helped by an enthusiastic and informative employee. The store itself is well stocked but the service we received from the gentleman that helped us is what earned this place a 5 star review. He pointed out accessories and subscriptions we might be interested in to make our purchase more enjoyable. Yet he was never pushy. Made the purchasing experience very positive.

This Toys"R"Us also has a Babies"R"Us within it. Although parking is ample, the store seems to always been in a state of disarray. Items are often out of stock, and it can be very challenging to find any staff walking the floor to help you. Its not that the employees arent helpful - they are and are quite nice - its simply that it appears this location is woefully understaffed.

Theres not enough stars I can give supervisor Edwin he is the BEST example of GREAT customer service!! My cousin and I came to get information on baby mattresses and strollers he was able to provide us with helpful information. He is so caring and professional!! Gracias Edwin YOU ROCK!! I will definitely be coming back to this store!!!

Manager of this store is completely incompetent! Whoever answer the phone out there also careless and dumb, seriously. Simple question about stocked items make them frustrated and confused! We spend one hour drive there and found the item we were looking for is not in stock. And never was! No more time wasting on this worthless place!

Called to see if they had a board game - the employee that answered the phone checked and indeed they had two versions. She asked which I wanted, and I wanted to see them both, so she said she would hold them at her counter for me. Very nice since I didnt expect them to do that! Also, very friendly when I picked up the game.

Seriously!? Ive been calling for the last hour and it just rings and rings and rings. Im sure they could be busy, but working at a Toys R Us, I also know that the phone can ring at different locations throughout the store. I doubt that no one is able to pick up for almost an hour.

No one answers the phone!!!! When I arrived in the store after calling 29 times over 3 hours.while in line I heard the phone ring and ring and watched an employee just pick up and hang up the phone without answering, this toys r us is garbage and so is everyone that works there.
