I was doing a return for some items. The supervisor at service desk, unknown name but she had a huge accent and has been a team member since 2007, had problems looking up my rewards card. First I told her I didnt have it with me I could give her my number, instead she asked for my email which was ok but said she could not find it after trying no lie 4 times. Told her I could give her my phone number but instead she asked for my name and zip. Again I let it roll off my shoulder she tried 3 tines and still said she could not find it. I again told her I could give her my phone number and guess what... she was able to find it. All the other options people have been able to find it but she had issues either not knowing what she was doing or just wanting her way when phone number was all she needed. Mind you as she was "trying" to help out there was another associate next to her texting in plain view of guest leaning against the counter. Gosh at least if yoy are gonna do it hide it or just dont do it. The only guest service person I found friendly is the African American lady. The rest of the service team sorry but sucks. She calls for help and no one came to help her when there were 6 of us in line with returns. I spotted one of the managers just standing around when they could have jumped in and helped. This store blows. Unfortunately its the closes but I rather go to the one on La Cieniga. Guest are demending there, not enough workers but at least they come to help at guest services or front when called. When I want to leave I want to leave.

Wow! I am shocked at all of the bad reviews. I go to this store almost every week and I am always treated courteously. Everyone says hello and asks if I need any help finding anything. I have had them tell me about coupons and specials that I didnt know about just so I can save money. They have assembled numerous bikes for my family and we have been happy with all of them. I have never had problems with a return or exchange. I refuse to go to any other Toys R Us / Babies R Us just because the service here is spectacular. Out of the hundreds of people that walk through that store every day, they only have 8 bad reviews. Think about it. If they were so terrible they would have hundreds. Most of these reviews are from people who looked up the store phone number on Google and then posted an angry review when they didnt answer. I can understand the phone issues. I have been at the customer service desk several times with the phone ringing and no one answers because they are in the middle of helping other guests. I wouldnt want them to stop helping me to answer the phone every 2 minutes, would you? It would take forever. On the other hand, I have waited in line several times while 2 people in customer service help one customer on the phone. This proves that they take care of phone customers as well. So, just keep calling and eventually you will get someone who is between customers.

Came here to help a friend get her free $10 GC for registering, was told by asst mgr, JULIE she had to come herself, said shes on bedrest and cannot leave the house. Told me to tell her husband to come, said hes busy and said too bad, she or her husband has to come! Come on! The girl is on bedroom and her hubby has to work and shes adamant about having them come in to get a meesely $10 GC! really?told friend about this horrible experience for trying to help them do a favor and was rude to! on top of that, the Store Mgr just stood by pretending he didnt hear anything! Bad customer service and leadership for the store! the stupid $10 GC cost them the entire registry, my friend took her registry list to Target! If this is the kind of behavior they give to customers, the R Us business is doomed!!!

I went in looking for a double stroller, but they didnt have it on display. They offer to order it and have it deliver to my home. After explaining that i wanted to try it out, and have my toddler ride in it to see how he felt in it. An employee by the name of Alondra went above and beyond with her superior customer service to locate another store that had it on display. She was very attentive to all my concerns and questions. I will definitely be returning to this store.

I shopped at much more organized places. I was looking for a talking doll, and while searching I noticed that anything can be anywhere. Different toys mixed with other kinds of toys. They really need to hire more people, so they can make sure that the shelves will be better organized, and the place will feel cleaner. The doll cost $45. Not a bad deal and I can say it is high quality.

Its a Toys R Us. They have toys. The toys are disturbing, creepy, and manipulative, but eh, thats childrens retail for you. Staff are friendly enough, and both times Ive needed their help with rather... unusual items they were helpful. Aisles can be cramped and sometimes a bit messy, so watch your step. Also, beware the creepy meowing cat robot.

As a mom on the go who have very little time for sleeping, let alone shopping, I was very happy to find a Toys R Us with a friendly staff and fast customer service. I went in to purchase a Lego Duplo base plate and was in and out of there within 5 minutes. I couldnt have asked for anything else. Thank you for being a time saver!

My experience was great! I got a lot of wonderful toys on sale for my Sunday School class. The store was clean. Everything was in its place and it wasnt crowded. I went on a Thursday and got their 10% off deal! Now that Ive received my other coupons in the mail, Ill return on Thursday to take advantage of the deals! Thumbs up!

This is one messy Toys R Us. Layout is strange and the store feels very cramped. What I dislike the most is their online order pickup is located all the way back in the store. You have to find a kiosk and punch in your order item. Then go to another location to find people to pick up your item...very annoying.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer the phone at this location. The empoyees could care less about customer satisfaction and all look bored to tears with their jobs. Things are understocked, out of place and mispriced. Youre really better off shopping elsewhere.

Their "sales" are often out of date. I went here specifically because of a sale they had on nerf guns (buy 1 get 1 half off). When I brought the 2 items I wanted to the counter, they said the sale expired. So why is the sign still up? Isnt that bait-and-switch?

I read the bad reviews before attempting a online purchase thinking it cant be that bad (how could it be). Humorlessly it was, but I dont have the time to go into it. But, if you own stock in this place its time to sell.
