Last night I visit this toys r us yesterday to purchase some music instraments for a nonprofit organization I work for. I have to say that my experience at this location was so bad and i would never recomend this location to anyone. After findind the items I needed,i noticed that 2 of the items were broken. i ask the cashier if they give dicounts on broken items. He stated that he dont think so. So i asked him if he was sure because i just left another toys r us who gave me a discount on the same items due to them being damage as well. They recomend me to come to this location after purchasing the last items they had. He stated let me ask the manager who was working the next register. The manager raised his voice in front of all the costmers and siad we dont give discounts here. It caught me off guard becuase this was a manger speaking. I kindly said that the items are damage so you cant expect me to pay full price on damage items. He cut me off and raised his voice again and said NO there is no discount. I have to say that i was embarrased. So i refused to pay full price for damage itmes that should not be on the shelf for sale anyway if youre not trying to sell it. The costmer service there was unforgetable and i wont be back...if you read this review, please take what im saying into consideration.. no wonder they have more poor reviews then good.

I put 3 stars although I have no idea about toys r us -- I just want YOU to know that your reviews come across as PHONY because when one tries to click on the final few reviews, NOTHING COMES UP! There is NO TEXT, just a silhouette image. Worse still, when I click where it says. Report A Problem, nothing happens. A blank page comes up. What kind of scam are you running? (This has happened half a dozen times, no matter what product I am looking for. ) .

This stores management uses deceptive practices in promoting their pricing. I would go as far as to say their practices are fraudulent in false advertising and bait and switch in behavior. I have reported them to the state attorney general and better business bureau. When confronted, the stores management is sarcastic and unconcerned in their demeanor. I will never shop here again and would recommend anyone to go shop elsewhere.

It is far from being a location I would recommend to avoid, but I am used to higher standards from Toys Are Us. My daughter showed me that I could find the same staff I got here on the internet for a cheaper price. This Toys Are Us location is not bad and not the greatest. They can do better.

Bought a bike in the store out the store forgot to get the protection plan but when I went to look online for the price saw the same bike 20 dollars cheaper. They honored the price and was able to pay for the plan with the extra money with change. People were nice about it

I love this location. I cant tell you how many times a year my daughter and I go in here. Wish they had a better bike selection, but well just leave it up to them to impress us with toys.
