12/14/16 8:40pm Horrible experience over the phone, I called twice no answer, I called the third time some lady answered I asked if she could check to see if they had a DC super hero Harley Quinn she put me on hold and told me no and hung up on me. So I called Cerritos and spoke to Marina and she was so awesome on customer service, she told me that her system shows that Seal Beach Toys R Us should have them on stock, Marina placed me on hold and called Seal Beach and they didnt answer her, she called over three times . My husband took the risk and drove down there because Marina from Cerritos said Seal Beach had the doll on stock. He got there and they did ! Thank goodness. Hmmmm so the lady that answered never checked or she was being lazy ???? Seriously worst customer service. And thank you to Marina from Cerritos South St Toys R Us shes the best and didnt give up on me.

My first time here was the other day. I was expecting poor service and just a busy store that I wanted to get in and get out. I was wrong. A large selection, very well laid out, the staff was wonderful and my whole experience was the tops.

If you buy a used toy from them and then decide to trade it in a year later, expect them to offer you 20% or less of what you paid. Their excuse will be that their regular buyer" would offer you more but is not available.

I have always received the best service here. The store is always clean and sales staff always go out of their way to help. Even at Christmas time it was easy to find items and help, luv this store.
