Anna C. at customer service was just terrible. Its already a hastle returning or exchanging merchandise without the cashier arguing with you about items on sale. I had to go into the store aisle and get one of the signs indicating a sale of the item I want. Even then she still argued that it wasnt, and that the price was wrong... all this time not even scanning the item or checking the computer. At this point it was obvious that she was dragging her service and just wanted to waste my time by laughing and talking with other employees. She moved me aside to "help" the people behind me stating that I should get another item. At this point I have been at customer service for 24 minutes. Finally the manager arrived and confirmed the sign from the aisle and what I have been saying all along. What an added stress to a day. I will never shop at toys r us again, anyway the prices at Target are a lot lower.

There should be a "No Service" button when it comes to this place. Absolutely the worst employees and supervisor should have been just a cashier, because when I brought up my concerns it was as if I said something dumb. We walked to the store after calling for 2 days and no answering their phone, we were looking for a PS3 bundle which the web stated available in the store... Oh, SO WRONG! When I asked to be helped (yes, I asked to be helped NOT asked if I needed help), I had tons of questions and it was a bother but I was going to spend over $400 in this transaction... Bottomline ToysR Us needs to upgrade their hiring policy!!!

My call happened on 12/14/16 at 9:10pm I called the store and Marina helped me. Im so thankful that she went out of her way to help me on my situation, the fact that she tried everything by calling other stores on helping me find my daughters Christmas present. Shes so awesome, and Im thankful that she was able to answer my call and help me out!! Best Customer Service over the phone. Hands down the Best !! Thank you Marina , by the way my husband drove down to the seal beach toys r us and the doll was in stock, she was right all along, and seal beach toys r us, shame on you and your lack of customer service. Staff are very unprofessional. Forget even trying to call this place. I have literally been on hold for OVER an hour! I constantly hang up and re call them and Im on hold for a rude amount of time. Then, you hear someone pick up the phone and then hang right up! I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone. I feel like management should really work on their customer service because they highly lack in this department. Once I am doing paying off my layaway, I will definitely not be going back to this store in particular. HORRIBLE.

Store Manager John went over and beyond! Thank you!!! I was looking for a specific item and he made sure that even though it wasnt at his store I would get it within 2 days. So much appreciated. Garrett at Customer Service also went over and beyond searching other stores and placing the order for me!!! Customer Service was excellent!!!

Just wanted to get the grandkids out of the heat and house. I always loved browsing all the aisles when I was a kid. Clean store, parking lot clear of carts. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner and better stocked. Only one cashier, she called a back up and service was quick and friendly!

Cerritos is the worst store I have ever been to. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. After holding for 45 minutes an associate picks up the line and disconnects it. Very dissatisfied with the level of care given to customers who spend there hard earned money. Will never shop with this company again.
