The store is always clean, organized, the purchasing lines are quick and well managed. Their parking structure is big inside the plaza, very visible to those passing by. Today after 2 days of searching and feeling helpless I called this location to look for a gift , I was connected with a girl name SANDRA who was pleasant, patient and very HELPFUL by searching for my item in numerous stores. She even suggested other items you guys carry as gifts. Thank you (:

The only person working at the cash register sends u to another cash register n thay make u wait until they feel like attending u... One cash register open All their other people they have working just walking around...like if they cant page for another employee to open up another register....worst toy r us ever glad I didnt spend my money on them walmart or target here I come

Terrible. One of the managers always kicks me out for no reason at all. I barely walk in and her asks me if I want him to call the cops and i say "no" and he says "then get out." the store would be a lot better if this person was fired. If you dont like kids then why UN the world are you working in a store that sells toys if you know kids are going to go??

Wow!!!! Although this store is a little old and can use some remodeling the staff is incredibly polite & helpful. The gentleman took my big box out to my car and I always park far. He didnt mind walking it and loading and declined my tip offer. Very impressed!

I love this store, been going there for 50 years. For my grandchildren. I never had problems. Ever one is helpful. My grandchildren love to look around. My grandchildren, tell me. If you dont have money. Thats o.k. Will go back when I have money.

Really friendly service, came looking for an amiibo and when I got to the register the cashier told me of two other amiibo (that are hard to find) had just been returned so I ended up purchasing them. Point is my visit was really great. Thanks Adam!

Went in looking for a particular gift for my niece and nephew. Was told to go back Tues. Or Thursday they might get in shipment... went back.. nothing. Should have a more reliable system then just show up and see what happens.

Your customer services are garbage, i called 4 times and not once did you guys pick up. I also called every other location near me and none of them picked up either. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service.

Its ok, I was looking for a specific item "in stock" but I was having a hard time finding it, and customer service just pointed instead of suggesting to get it for me, especially since there werent many customers

SLOW cashiers. I was in line for 11:37 seconds. I timed it. 2 cashiers and youd expect them to move slightly faster but definitely not a toys r us Ill be coming back to .
