Found a bike there that my 7 year old daughter really liked for $85. Not on sale, but okay, she rode it and liked it. So, we went to check out and they had three on the floor but none in a box. They wanted $10 for what I would estimate to be a 2 minute assembly and I am already paying NOT A SALE price, so we refused. They wouldnt budge, I thought about asking them to disassemble one of the three bikes on the floor, but from the store managers and customer services brusque manner, they probably would have called security. So, we went to Wal Mart and got what looked to me like the exact same bike in slightly different colors, assembled, for $79. Probably not going back to this store, ever!

This toys r us is a wonderful clean safe environment that I feel more than comfortable bringing my daughter to. The staff is always welcoming and eager to help and the prices suit the experience. Wall mart may have better prices at times but you cant beat a toys r us sale plus I cant stand the overflow of people and items in a place like wall mart anyways. Ps. Assembly is a labor charge that the store is required to charge. Im sure the staff offered to find it at another toys r us for you.
