I probably wont go back here! I took my 8 month old here after picking her up from her aunts house after work she had just finished feeding her and gave me her bottle to talk back home. My sister has been teaching her how to hold a bottle and she is not that good at it but she likes to hold it and basically get it all over her face. As we entered the store I let her hold her bottle with 1oz of milk in it because she was a little over going places and she wanted it to play with, thats fine im watching. I got the dippers, formula and baby food needed and got in line quick in and out. When I got to the check out counter the woman looked at my baby and asked how old she was and then asked if it was my first and then said that I was being negligent letting her hold her own bottle because she could not be burped!! Honestly I can see if I had it strapped to her face or something but she was just holding it.!!! SO SO rude just because you work at a kids store dosent give you the right to criticize others parenting choices. If she had something that she was going to chock on or she was crawling out of her stroller into harm way but playing with a bottle? back off lady!! Looking back on the conversation her interest in my child was basically a set up to tell me what bad choices I was making. I wont come back to this location.

1 week before my due date I came in to get the 10% discount to purchase the remaining items on my registry. At the registry desk the woman, Cindy, informs me that they dont issue the coupon until 2 weeks after your due date, which is absoultuely not true. I tried to explain that Babies R Us policy is to issue it before so that you can get everything you need in time for baby to arrive. She insisted she was right so I ended up leaving and calling the (888) # to verify and lo and behold, she was definitely wrong. I called back to let her know her mistake and speak to the supervisor, and if you can believe it, she is the registry supervisor. Not sure how thats possible. Clearly she is not the most intelligent or most informed person available for this position. I will not shop here anymore. Id rather drive out of my way than deal with incompetance.

Horrible!!!!!!!! I bought my son a scooter for Christmas . The time of purchase I bought insurance from toyrus so in February the wire for his breaks broke ! I called the insurance that toy r us sold me and they told me that the insurance does not take effect until a year after purchase!!!!!!! What the hell! Of course they girl did not tell me that when she sold it to me!!! Otherwise I would not have purchase a insurance thats not even going to take effect until a year later! Just a total RIP OFF!!! Do ever ever ever ever ever purchase their insurance ! Straight SCAM!!!!! Oh yeah giving this site a one star is way past generous ! Truthfully I had to put at least one star to put a review!!!!!

Pay attention!!!! to their "SHELF DEALS" The item, you about to purchase from their sale shelf might be full price and even if you try talking with their manager, explaining that the way what they are doing is not right but, how their manager respond to me made me feel like, it is very normal and daily routine for her. What I understood was this is how she is running her business. Please, please do not go and shop this specific location instead, shop online like I did. Very same bikes I was about to purchase for my kids was almost $50 cheaper with free shipping. Do not let shop managers reap you off with their "SUPPOSED SHELF DEALS"

Its a good place if your looking for toys, contrary to what the name suggests they do not sell babies at that location. ( I cant speak for all Babies R Us, but this one does NOT sell babies at their location. Perhaps you must go to the world wide web and design, build, and purchase them online and have them shipped) but they arent very polite when it comes to opening up and "test playing" with anything that is packaged. Even if you brought your own duct tape to nicely secure the items back to their original mint condition. You will however receive a 50% discount on all taped up boxes of babies

This toys r us is great with some exceptions. I as a customer cannot believe that other people that come and shop here expect to be taken care of hand and foot. I also noticed that they need more people maybe that is why it is hard to get service around here to ask for a location of an item. I also had a return and it was easy but some people are crazy when they dont get what they want. Store policy is store policy. These people are just following it no one is going to put their job on the line... I wouldnt. Just please hire more people. the employees that did get to help me where nice.

This place is always a mess. The aisles are so compact. I understand that they are trying to place "big selling" items in the center of the aisles but as a result they are tighter. I was looking for something in particular and asked several workers, no one knew where anything was. After searching aisle after aisle I found what I was looking for. Then I waited about 35 minutes in line to purchase one small item. The cashier was nice, but seemed stress, which is understandable with a line of unhappy customers staring at you.

we purchased a bike from our local toys r us the bike broke and they didnt give a s*** if we existed or not they hung up on me they threatened to call the police on me and my 6 yea old son then he started crying and then i started screaming at the supervisor and he said i told you to lower your voice and i had to take further actions whatever the bottom line is that store sucks

Folks could save lots of time on both sides if Toys R Us employees would not keep us on hold for so long. Today, I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes then, when someone finally answered, I was transferred to video games. After two more minutes of holding, my call was disconnected. In the end, afte calling back, I had to ask for the manager to get the number to fix the XBOX360 console.

Never called the store, so I have no experience with that, however every time I go an employee asks me if I need help, if you do have questions later on, it is a bit difficult to find someone sometimes, but you have to have a little patience. Employees are nice, returns have been hassle free. They dont have all the items you might want sometimes.

I wasnt sure what kind of shape this place would be in, since the surrounding area is all over the place. But man, this Toys R Us is great. Super clean, staffed very well, organized (well, as organized as a toy store can be on a Saturday afternoon). Quick checkout and ample parking. Good to keep this location on your radar.
