Really messy looking, the shelves were all dirty and dusty. A lot of signage out of place or things that just dont have signs. I picked up a childrens picnic table from underneath a large sign that said "$20" when I got up to the register I asked how much it was to make sure - had even taken a picture of it where it was since it was the last one...the cashier whos name I believe was Angela or Angelica something along those lines was very rude. I asked her if there was anyone that could adjust the price because the sign clearly stated $20 and the price was different which is false advertising. She rudely said no like I was bothering her for even asking. Her presence and demeanor to begin with is very unpleasant and unprofessional. As a store manager from another retail company I am wildly disappointed in my experience here - Im embarrassed for the store manager and management and that they run their store this way. They need to hire employees with good attitudes and treat their customers with respect. Put the correct signage up while youre at it!

While I didnt leave here with anything yesterday I love coming to this store. I always find something i like, and rarely ever leave without something! The staff are always friendly and helpful. With Christmas coming I will be here to pick up little stocking stuffers, and misc decorations.

Its typical Big Lots store. Cheap items, not such a great quality. I usually go and buy discounted items after holidays, Christmas, Valentines Day, etc at 75% off. Also, they have a variety of games and toys for kids that make nice gifts.

This Big Lots is one of the worst, it a mess, the customers open packages, steal merchandise, break things and the employees are no where in site. This store needs new management, and more employees that make their presence known.

The store has brand names. The quality exceptional. After a day of thousands of people rummaging through inventory, its a little messy, but still some many choices.. Furniture, Seasonal items, food and more...

Lots of close out goods at very reasonable prices. Good selection of speciality foods. Slow check-out. Easy return policy. Few employees on the floor. Free parking. Wheelchair accessible including bathrooms.

The staff can be very very nice and helpful. You can walk in just about every day and find a good deal on some interesting items. Lots of parking, close by to bus.
