Never visited this branch before and thought Id give it a try, looking to score some clearance deals. Its a bit smaller than other branches, but clean. The gentleman greeting folks at the entrance was charming and wonderful, but thats as far as I can go for the pros. I knew exactly where to go, what I wanted, and what to expect from knowledgeable employees who do their job well. Their electronics section is a joke. I was given every excuse as to why no one can go to the lock up/cage to help me find the products theyve shown to have in stock for the past 3 weeks (official Walmart app). Even their own computers showed they had stock. "If its not on the floors, then we dont have it" "its a discontinued product, we dont have it anymore." "Do you know how big our warehouse is? How many products we carry? It could take a whole day to find the product youre looking for." No attempt at trying to help. Spent an hour there when they finally said theyll get someone to help... which resulted in the same attitude. Lazy electronics department employees. Regardless of how much you hate your job, do it to the best of your ability. If you hate your job so much, go work somewhere else! Will not visit this Walmart again.

Totally worthless "managers" Tasha & Alejandra"!!! I tried to buy 2 gift cards with a gift card as I had before, but these 2 INCOMPETENTS refused me to buy them. Ive done this before, so its not new. These 2 are Incompetent & should be out doing card retrieval, because they certainly do not know how to do their jobs! Replace them or lose business!! Useless! I went to the west end Walmart & had no problems. Tasha & Alejandra need to find another line of work, since they give Walmart a BAD Name!!

3 walks to and for walk ftom Customer Svc because item sought had ALL cans main label turned to the back and back print was microscopic with no name of what it is. Door Mngr didnt care to change that. Item is PVC Cement $3.44 aisle H25 bottom shelf.

This is the 2nd Simi Valley Walmart location, much smaller then the original spot on Madera Rd. I like this location because of its size, and it is usually less crowded then the one on Madera as well.
