We travel the U.S. for work and I can say that this is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to! First I bought food here (will NEVER do THAT again!) I got home and noticed a terrible smell in my truck, when I started putting groceries away I noticed it was because the chicken that I had JUST bought was ROTTEN and stinking. I took that back and they didnt seem overly surprised, I actually had to demand that they not only refund my money (or they offered me replacement chicken! um... NO thanks) but also give me a gift card to pay for the time, fuel and hassle of having to come right back to the store and return the rotten food they sold me. They looked utterly confused at the whole concept of going a little above to make it up to a customer. Later we found that the apples that were purchased that day were rotten and liquid inside AND I went to feed a yogurt to my baby and thought it looked strange and found out that it was 10 days expired, but I had only purchased it 5 or 6 days before! SO DONT BUY PERISHABLE FOOD HERE! Yuck. Later I bought an air mattress because I had guests coming to camp with us. The air mattress lost its air and went flat about 4 hours into the first night it was used. I took it back the next day and found another man in line holding the EXACT same air mattress that he was returning back it did the exactly same thing at the exact same time! They REFUSED to issue a refund and insisted that it only be exchanged! Why would I want to exchange it when they are obviously a defective lot of matresses? They didnt care so I had to pay MORE and exchange it for a more expensive air matress. Useless customer service! This wal-mart also tends to be out of stock of things that most wal-marts carry, couldnt find Terro Ant Bait, couldnt find Toilet Wand refills... wont miss this one when we leave!!

I only went to do 1 errand and it was unfortunately this Wal-Mart location. I was having a rough day already and went to pick up just a few things. When I came back home I have seemed to misplaced my phone which is my fault and I thought to myself "Its probably at Wal-Mart.." since thats the only place I been. So I went right back and asked customer service which there was only 1 person there and a long line with a long wait and the customer service area looked like a total junk yard. She said that nobody turned in a phone. I left very sad. I got an oil change and turned my car inside out just in case. I went back to this hell hole and asked one of the cashier and she said that yes somebody did turn in a phone and that it was at customer service. I went back feeling optimistic and asked one of the ladies which now there were 3 but all very moody they must not be getting paid enough to deal with these weird return requests. I dont blame them. I had to wait quite a while for a manager to go through lost and found and after describing my phone said that they didnt have a phone that fit my description. I left sad and now upset and confused. I rememberd that my phones camera lens had a colored frame around it but I didnt think to describe it to them since I dont think many people lose their phones. Just me. I didnt want to deal with them so im having a friend do me a favor and call and ask on my behalf hope it goes well. I am not coming back to this Wal-Mart again or any for that matter. There is no hope for humanity.

I made a purchase this morning at the Stevenson Ranch Walmart (Store #2297), and I was extremely offended by the cashiers attitude. Her name is CAROL and does not belong in customer service. She is rude, she is short with her words, she is completely abrasive! I was purchasing Similac formula for $5 each. I was using manufacturers checks for $5. She refused to use them because the check states "1 per purchase" and claimed that the item value must exceed the amount of the coupon. First of all, "1 per purchase" means "1 per item purchased." I was purchasing 9 items, and I gave her only 6 checks. FURTHERMORE, your own coupon policy states "If coupon value exceeds the price of the item, the excess may be given to the customer as cash or applied toward the basket purchase." She verified with another cashier, who told her that I was correct. After that, she became even more offensive and rude - probably because she was mad about being proved wrong. Then I gave her 3 coupons for $3 off each. She tried to refuse those too because it said "1 per purchase." AGAIN, "1 per purchase" is "1 per item purchased." I bought 9 items, i gave her 6 checks and 3 coupons. I was well within my rights as a customer per your own coupon policy. And as a customer, I have the right to be treated with respect. I have never been treated SO RUDELY. If this is the way Carol treats your customers, she deserves to be stocking shelves NOT dealing with people! She was SO disrespectful!

I have Nothing against Walmart, they just Seem to hire some real morons, at most of their stores. I had stopped in to pick up twenty or so small items, from pretty much all over the store. I left the cart unattended for two minutes, and when I returned, the cart was gone. Along with my address book. A hassle, but what stunned me was the attitude of the two ladies/ girls who worked there. They were.beyond uninterested, and shrugged and went back to their conversation about baby daddies. Seriously? I got now help from the dude in the mens apparel area. You two dipsh#ts are useless and should be canned. Why do I expect better?

I did my payment in customer service. Only one person working. He was busy with another customers, they had some issues with credit card. Took about 15 or 20 min . Another employee came , went to the computer. Do some things. He was leaving the deparment and ask him if any body else gonna help us. He was rude, he didnt answer my questions , just turn his head and walked away. When was my turn I asked the cashier for the name of the employee. His name was Anthony. He was the support manager. Really sad for a person with that position. The cashier was really nice and professional.
