The workplace-mandated footwear I needed was readily in stock and easy to find. However the employees were reluctant to engage me and rather curt with any questions and customer service. They seemed knowledgeable and took the time to find my foot size, but their demeanor was very unpleasant which discouraged me from spending additional time in the store to try on other shoes. This exchange occurred on a slow weekend day and I was the only customer in the store. I understand some days are tougher than others when working with the public, but that should not influence commonplace friendly and polite customer service. I would not recommend this retail location if others are reasonably available.

My husband purchased boots from the Burnsville location and they did not fit him right so we visited the Maple Grove store because its closers to home. We were greeted by Lori Anderson the assistant store manager. She informed us that she can not exchange the boots he has now because she does not stock them at this location. She did not stop there though she took the time to show us other boots that she would recommend and was very willing to help with any questions. She was simply amazing and very knowledgeable! Thank you Lori!

Frankly I love red wing boots and have worn them for over two decades. This particular location sucks at customer service. Its better to go to a different location where they care. After reading other reviews I must be interacting with the same people because its clear Im not the only one that thinks the service sucks.

Very friendly! If you are on your feet all day like I am, Red Wings are the way to go! Not just work boots, plenty of options for hiking or more durable everyday shoes.
