I have a Samsung 10.1 tablet I bought from this store location less than 2yrs ago. Took it in beacause it wouldnt charge. They said it was a old tablet and they didnt have a cord to see if mine need replaced or if I needed a new tablet....old????? I bought it Dec 2013 from THEM! Was told they couldnt do anything. Told me to go to Best Buy to see if they sold chargers. I am not eligible yet for a upgrade either because it isnt 2yrs old. Went to Best Buy and John Martin in the Samsung kiosk was wonderful! Gave me a cord. Guess what the tablet Verizone sold me is almost 5 yrs old. I will buy my next phone and tablet from Best Buy....I have been with Verizone over 9 years...looking forward to being a new Best Buy customer.

Gentleman with the English accent I believe, needs a bit more customer service. My mom and I came in for an upgrade and we were chatting about her current service provider. Not once did he try to persuade her to leave her current provider. He just said I cant tell you to leave Sprint, thats really up to you. WHAT??!!! Not something you should be saying to customers. Somethings just dont need to be said aloud. His job is to try to explain how Verizon is so much better than their competitors. Not that Verizons towers are better. Yes, alright that true but geez, could you possibly be less cocky and a bit more consumer friendly? Not impressed, although this wont deter me from Verizon. Efficiently 5, Customer Service 1.

These people are crooks. Never go into this store. Go online or call Verizon on the phone. They will put stuff on your bill that you did not authorize. You can always get a better deal by calling Verizon. Don’t be a fool. Wanted to charge me $600 for a phone I got for $266 from Verizon. Put all sorts of things on my bill did not order took me hours to get it cleaned up. Tried to charge me a $35 re-stocking fee because I would not pay the $600 for the phone that did not even leave the counter. If you like you’re hard earned money stay away from theses crooks. I think Verizon is a good company. But you have to deal with then directly.

This location is horrible money hungry theives, especially agent Josh steer clear of that minupulater. He tricked my wife into signing her life away we have called and spoke to manager several times and I must say shes very unprofessional and should be applying to the dollar tree, I plead the blood of Jesus on this location and company extremely disappointed. We have chose to stop paying our bill over a 500 dollar phone that has been malfunctioning since day 2 of use they replace with a used phone but yet I still pay that 500 crooks trash keep driving go with at&t anything but do not let these pirates trick you terrible experience.

I went to this store just to buy a cradle for my new phone. They insisted that I be signed in and wait 10-15 minutes for an associate to help. I pointed at what I wanted and told I dont need the associates help. "Michael" did not appreciate this and still asked for my name telling me this was his procedure. Avoid this place at all costs. Oh yeah, my prior visit had me waiting 30 minutes just to get help with a phone issue as the associate walked n the back with my new phone, was gone for 10 minutes and returned to tell me my phone was bad and to contact Verizon. Hello, you are Verizon. Adios folks never again.

Unfortunately, this is the only full Verizon store near my house. On our last trip we cancelled my daughters phone so she could get another. The rep said they would put in the paperwork to cancel the old # at the end of the billing cycle. Two months later were still being charged. Now Verizon customer service said they have to call the store to verify that we wanted it cancelled even though their has been no activity on the phone. To get anything done you need to call 1-800...this store is useless!

This store is terrible. The staff is second rate customer service at best. I have been a customer for many years and the service seems to keep getting worse. I went in to get a new phone because my LG V10 sucks. They want to charge a Upgrade few and Im not upgrading my phone early. Then the sales guy tells me the fee is going up so I should do it now. Verizons you can keep your new phones.

Let me just say this was the best experience Ive ever had with Verizon! Zane helped my mom and I change our plan and was very professional and helpful! Im going to make sure everyone I know goes to him and this store! I just simply cant write a glowing enough review for this wonderful employee! Im not sure what hes getting paid, but this man needs a raise! Will definitely be coming back!

Horrible! Do not see Steven! He told me one thing and then I spoke with the manager and Steven denied telling me anything. He was out of line and lied because his manager was there. I was an Alltel costumer and have been a Verizon costumer since Verizon bought Alltel out. I have recently switched carriers. I will never return to Verizon after the experience I had at this store.

Be advised: this is the only "corporate" store in Panama City. All others are "authorized resellers." It matters. Most of the staff here is "above amd beyond" enthusiastic and helpful. Some, not so much. That makes them a 4. Their borderline intrusive greeting process whereby one cannot walk in and browse without answering at least 3 questions, is enough to make them a 3.

Customer service is poor. On our last visit, the rep changed my plan to see if it would be cheaper but it wasnt and never changed it back AND never said he did anything to our account. (Issue was he couldnt change it back to a legacy plan but could have called care to fix it) do not go here. This is the 2nd time they have screwed my account up. Just call customer service

I called ahead and was told I would be helped as soon as I walked in. The sales person was waiting on me and I was in and out, with a new phone, in less than half an hour. I am very happy and the staff was friendly and helpful. I guess it all depends on when you go. I was there about 10:30 am on a Thursday.

Guy named Jeff hung up on me when I called about my bill. I drove there and he tried to square up to me in the store. Dude needs to check who hes talking to before he gets himself in some trouble. I hope the manager corrects him before someone else does. I wish 0 stars was an option. Wont be back

Ordered my wife a phone for bday asked to make sure the dont send text to her phone about new phone 1 thing she gets a text saying I got new phone then didnt even get here in time.they have no customer service .all they can say is Im sorry,thats all we can do which is little as nothing.worthless
