The staff was nice once they saw me. But was pushed into a corner when I went out of town on Saturday the day before Easter. I went to Louisville KY to see a friend but after getting there my samsung S7 egde, screen started to mess up. Took me 20 minutes just to GPS to the store. When I got there I was helped in a timely manner but was given link two options wait two days with no phone possibly three or pay my way out of my Edge plan and get another phone. In this day and age when we are reliant on our phones for everything you can go more than a day without a phone. I wish the an option and I was given. So now Im stuck with a phone that doesnt work and another one that I have to start paying all over again.

I went to the 4800 Outer Loop Verizon store today to get an upgrade and had an awesome experience. The store was clean, modern and well organized. Zoe was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and obviously a model employee. Its service like this that will keep me a Verizon customer indefinitely. Thx
