These guys are the best! Ive had nothing but positive experiences with them. I had been going round and round with Sprint over a phone battery. The phone is only 7 weeks old and they wanted $75 just to look at their phone, its a lease. Took it to Batteries + and they tested it for free. The employees are helpful and pleasant. You wont find a better store to do business with!

The store is fine as long as you dont have to EVER return anything, ask questions, or do anything other than give them money. If you do, expect to be treated as a nuisance to them. I got in touch with the owner to complain about the rude manager, and the owner was even worse. He also owns the Shelbyville rd location, so Id avoid that one as well.
