Unhelpful staff. Verizon outlet but they treat you like a dumbass if you have a Verizon related question. Slow and unfriendly. Dont go. Theyll be glad to sell you a plan because they get paid, but youd better not have a service request. I watched the customer in front of us sit in silence while the employee sat in silence glaring and typing. Dont go.

Slow and incompetent. I waited for 50 minutes and they didnt assist me, greet me, or talk to me in any way. They had 4 staff members in the store and had them doubled up. Ive had bad experiences here before and wont use this location again. Go to the Gas City location.
