This store is not a real Verizon store and has its on rules about things. I was told something was free but was charged 40.00 for it. When I took it back they said there was a 70.00 restock fee. The item was never used. The 14 day return policy does not apply to this store. Be careful If they tell you something is free. They no nothing about disclosure to the public.
