The guy was very sweet and stayed after hours to help us get a phone. Even after the system went down he stayed to help. We showed up with 10 minutes left till closing and he didnt refuse us. I highly recommend this place. Great people and great customer service. He is the best

Verizon told me to go there to a new sim card free of charge for my new phone. The guy there tried to charge me $20. I contacted Verizon again and they overnighted me a new one free of charge. Dont deal with this place! They will rip you off!
