I would give zero stars if I could. I had a cracked iphone 6 screen. I brought it to the cellairis kiosk in Portage, Michigan. I didnt realize when the man had fixed my phone that the screen was not flush with the phone because the man who fixed it put my phone case right back on. When I had brought the phone back for him to fix it he said that there was no warranty and that he could not fix it. When I told him I would be contacting the better business bureau he then told me I could bring the phone in and that he would fix it. When I brought the phone in he told me that he could not fix it and that I would need a new screen. He then took my phone apart to show me and ruined the phone even more. My screen is not even sitting on my phone correctly and has completely ruined the functionality of the phone. I am asking to be re-funded my 100$ that he charged me to fix my phone so that I can bring the phone else where and have it fixed correctly. He refused to do so therefore I will be calling the better business bureau and the attorney general hoping that they can help me resolve the situation.

We had our daughters screen replaced here. It was fast and looked great. Because its an iPhone 6, when we went to update the phone months later, the phone was bricked by Apple. I took it back to Mike to see if he could help. He went out of his way to check multiple parts on the phone in an attempt to get it working. Then we discovered that Apple was doing this to customers who had screens replaced, and there was nothing anyone but Apple could do to make it work again. Mike contacted me yesterday because he heard Apple had put out a "fix" for this (error 53). He was right! Phone is back up and working beautifully. We so appreciate his work ethic and support even after the sale.

I called the Portage, MI store front to check availability of an iPhone 6plus battery and they said they had it, "no problem". Drove the hour to pick it up and he then said he did not have one when I told him I would change it myself. All he had to do was tell me he wouldnt sell it unless he changed it, understandable to increase profit, but just lied and said he didnt have any period. Not the type of place I would ever do business with and dodged a huge bullet in my book .....but watch out everyone else, not a honest place.

The screen on my phone shattered and I am leaving on a trip tomorrow. I was thinking it was going to be a day long ordeal and did not even know if my phone would work. Called and talked to Mike. He was helpful and worked to resolve the broken cover. My phone did not need any further repair. He was the only person in the booth, so he was doing it all...answering phones, waiting on people and fixing phones. Grateful to him for all his help and hard work!

I had bought a phone (LG Phoenix 3() from best buy and they told me to come here for a case not a rare phone at all but I without asking the price...waited until he had rang me up... "That will be $53" ... How?! I looked it up on Amazon when I got home found the same case for $10! I guess this didnt include the screen protector but still... I found out the case was normally $40 on Amazon... So I guess this is almost all irrelevant.

I have had several phobes and have always gone to cellis. The staff is so remarkable with their customer service and knowledge. Mikey is very professional yet still a down to earth person. Ge takes the time to explain all the options you have, what programs will help and always ends with if you have question anything comes see me or call ill be happy to help. So recommend them to everyone i know.

Scott was very helpful & friendly in assisting me in getting a Phone case for my new Samsung Galaxy Note 5. He was overly helpful in making sure my case fit my phone and when one did not line up correctly he found another case that did!! He was a life safer and I definitely recommend shopping with them. Excellent customer service

I needed a phone case for my iPhone 6 and went to cellairis and Scott was behind the counter. Super friendly, and polite. He helped me find the perfect phone case. I highly recommend cellairis for anyone who is looking for a phone case and hopefully Scott is there to help you. Nicest guy, and best worker there by far.

I cracked my phone and needed it fixed immediately. I went to Cellairis and got a great deal. The worker, MD Ismail, did an amazing job. I got it back less than an hour later. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a case or your device fixed!! I am very pleased with the service I was given at this place.

I gotta say i was nervous about getting my phone fixed but as soon as I walked up I could tell the staff knew what they were doing. In less than 30 minutes they handed me back a brand new looking phone and did an amazing job on putting on a screen protector! ( I always get bubbles when I try) thanks guys!

Awesome experience❤❤❤❤ I really appreciate their quick response. They replaced my cracked screen within only 12 minutes!!! I think, they are the cheapest phone repair shop and most quicker than any shop. I will recommend everyone to repair from this shop because my phone is now working great. ❤❤

I stepped on my phone and it was completely shattered and bent. I took it to Cellairis and was so happy with how well it was fixed. It took about 35 minutes. Hopefully I dont step on my phone again, but if I do Im bringing it back here. Id highly recommend this store.

Ive been in Kalamazoo a few years, purchased a few cases from the manager (I think) and a younger guy that works there and have had nothing but good service. theyre always friendly to me and everyone else there. Dont go pay ridiculous prices at the cell phone stores!
