Charlie, the rep ignoring us here, can tell customers he makes $60,000 a year here(he did). But Charlie did not indicate that, for that 60k, T-Mobile has given him any education on how to deal with multiple customers, when you are alone on the floor. At least a verbal acknowledgement is kind of basic customer service, but after ~15 minutes of being completely ignored by Charlie as he regaled the current customer with both his large salary (Larger than mine) all the intricacies of cases he has tried, with no acknowledgement that service is coming my way anytime soon, I left. Charlie, his poor customer service, and his $60,000 salary, gets one star.

Ive had T mobile for 34 years they have been kind considerate, gave me great discounts and friendly service in this store. If you dont like to wait your turn then do not go in when its the weekend and busy. T mobile offers online help you can talk to that you do not have to wait on -go there and get great service if you are in a hurry. People need to get with it an not always blame someone else for their stupidity , impatience and problems. Life is to short dont always be in a hurry.

This company just needs to shut down. The reception is horrible, the phones break too easy, the insurance claims are WAY too expensive, and they dont ever supply enough loaner phones! Not to mention DJ, the manager at this store, is a complete tool, that refuses to let you speak, then accuses you of telling him how to do his job, when you only asked for a straight story between the insurance company and Tmobile. If I wasnt on a family plan, I would have never signed up for this garbage.

Bought unlocked about 1,000$ iPhone 7+ & pen for ipad. Told them going to Europe, & did not want t-Mobil plan. Went to euro & did not work. German t-Mobil could not fix this US PHONE. Went to Apple Store they could not fix it, it was not an unlocked phone. Never received Pen. Now have 1k$ paper weight. Employee did not order what I asked for on both items. What to do now in Vienna Austria.

The staff was friendly and helpful! They all worked together well and its a group of people you can trust. Thank you to the new management! Excellent customer service! Charlie was my sales person and was awesome!!!! The assistant manager Cass was beyond helpful and smiled at every customer and greeted them all!

HATE THE SERVICE-T-Mobile Tuesdays shares offering stole my identity. Asked for my ss# and a picture of my drivers licence. Have been hacked ever since. Even have access to my federal disability retirement funds at bank. No one seems to be able to help me. I hate paying for service that is not secure. BEWARE!

Ive been trying for almost a year now to get a phone which was returned off of my account. Ive tried in person at this store, Ive tried via multiple phone calls, and Ive tried via webchat, and Im about done with it.

Had an awful costumer service rep named Lena. It was very obvious she was only interested on making commission. When you go to this store i would strongly advise for you to get any employees help.
