Just as apathetic to he customer as the rest of the At&t universe. All they can hear is the sound of big money. Pay my bill, not on time because I cant seem to get the much needed notification of a bill coming due. Does this matter? No. I was polite and honest step by step explaining what problems Id been having without cursing or insulting anyone. I was not just another irate, self entitled jerk calling and yelling and cursing. I was met with being told he didnt know what to tell me. I was met with the phrase "You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinager." Considering that the only rude thing I had done is say I was having a problem and state the problem, I am left to believe that the "vinager" was that I had a problem at all. So At&t, and specifically this location only care about you if you dont have a problem and you are a high level customer. Atrocious.

Management Craig and his sales team are rude. We received a defective product and he refused to refund or give in store credit. He lied about not being able to get his money back from the product. This store is a franchise and AT&T wont stand behind them. Before you buy a product from this store make sure it cannot be defective or need to be returned. He only return if you have not used it and it is sealed in the box. About the people who say he is nice, yes he is nice when your buying from him.

I have been doing business with Apex for about ten years and other family members since they opened. The owner and the staff are very knowledgeable about the products and services that they offer, as well as being fair and competitively priced against other stores. This is a locally-owned business. I have come to know the owner and most of his long time staff, they all are very respectful and more than fair to the customers.

The manager Craig is horrible, rude and obnoxious. Even after the recall on the note 7 , he refused to return our money for screen protectors even after the manufacturer told him over the phone that they would refund his money for the product. He is not a AT&T store he is a franchise. Do your self a favor go to T-Mobile, Sprint or any one else and if you really want AT&T go to a different store.
