If you are interested in changing over your services or already have services with AT&T and want to change to a more customer focused store go see Phil White and his crew at 1890 Hurtsbourne. You truly are treated like a customer and not a another account. He very quickly caught on to my needs and was able to meet and exceed them; even found away to get me all the products and services I needed at the cost I wanted to pay. Phil is a great person, not just an AT&T representative. Something organizations have long come away from!

Dont know who it writing these reviews? Phillip the manager is the rudest individual I have met in a long time. During our last interaction he rolled his eyes when I told him I was contracting AT&T due to him ripping me off on a wireless charger. Lucky for me when I did contact AT&T they did side with me and gave me $100 dollar store credit. AT&T is a good service but Phillip needs to get an attitude adjustment.

The customer service here is terrible. I was offered an incredible plan with U-Verse and internet and they signed me up for Direct TV and no internet. I went back in to get what I originally ordered and the deal was expired. They didnt even try to expidite my install. Had to wait 12 days to get my stuff installed and didnt get any of the stuff offered to me "for my inconvenience".

We went into this store to fix a billing issue that for some reason could not be fixed over the phone. The store manager Angela was EXTREMELY patient and kind. She understood our frustration and went above and beyond. The billing issue got fixed and we left happy that we came into the store. Thank you Angela!

I go out of my way to come to this location, we live in Shepherdsville and used to see Chelsea at a store closer to where we live. As soon as we heard she had moved to this location we made sure to come out and see her. All the employees here seem genuinely happy to help and are very patient! Great service!

Great experience in Derby City. Phil Gordon was excellent in his presentation, answered questions with clarity, provided additional incentives and scheduled an installation date supporting my schedule. Plus well save $100/mo for two years. Ill end my TWC provider shortly.

I really like the location of this store. It helps being so close to the freeway and close to all the retail stores. Its super clean and the A/C is pumping! Everything is well displayed and easy to find. Customer service is very helpful as well.
